Goreme Escape Cave Suites

My wife and I had a pleasant, problem-free stay at Goreme Escape Cave (not to be confused with Goreme Cave Suites). Check-in: We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 AM, almost four hours before check-in time. They told us they would have our room ready by 12:30 PM and that we could leave our bags in the lobby if we wanted to walk around town, which we did. Before leaving, we chatted with the receptionist for a little while. When we mentioned that we would only make plans as we went, he suggested that we go on the sunset ATV tour that day and the Green Tour the next day. He explained what they were and said he could make the bookings for us if we were interested. We were interested, and boy, am I glad we took his suggestions because it was THE MOST FUN WE’VE HAD IN A LONG TIME! Location: The hotel sits at the foot of the hill in the southern part of town. From some photos I found on the internet, you are supposed to get a decent view of the hot air balloons from the hotel. Unfortunately, since hot air balloon rides were canceled due to strong winds during our stay, I cannot confirm this. That being said, the hotel's location isn't bad at all; the sunset point is just a 10–15-minute walk uphill (depending on how fit you are), and the restaurants and cafés are all within walking distance of the hotel. Despite there being a restaurant right next door, the area is calm and quiet at night. Room and everything else: The Junior Suite is a spacious room on the second floor that comes with a large, comfortable bed. There is a small balcony just outside the room, and a larger hangout space across from it with more chairs and a table. Breakfast was at 8:00 AM, and the food was very delicious. The staff were all friendly and cheerful. The only bad thing I can think of is the toilet lid, which was not installed properly and would easily fall back down (i.e., close). All in all, we are very satisfied with the price and the facilities and services provided by the hotel. We will most likely stay here again in the future and recommend the hotel to our friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Göreme Escape Cave Suites. The staff were exceptional friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options each morning. There was something for everyone, and it was a great way to start the day. When we booked, the only room available was a twin-bed room. After checking in, we asked if it would be possible to switch to a room with a double bed. The following day, once another room became available, the hotel kindly upgraded us free of charge. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything Göreme has to offer. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Göreme Escape Cave Suites to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

The place is awesome, no need to climb up and down. Walking distance to bus station and restaurant

Great and friendly service from staff, exceptionally from Mostava. We checked in late at 8pm and checked out exceptionally early at 3am since we had day tour before checking in and catch hot air balloons when checking out, he kept our baggage all those times and after getting back from balloons, we had another day tour before catching the night bus, he kindly let us shower and freshened up even though we checked out and repacked our luggage at theirs. I’ve never had a place where they are so kind and understandable.
