The hotel is very clean and has a great location! What makes it truly special is the staff—they go above and beyond to help arrange any activity in Cappadocia, whether it’s airport transfers, hot air balloon rides, ATV tours, or private tour for green/red line. Everything was well-organized and offered at a good price. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay

The cave room has luggage that needs to be carried up to the third floor. Someone helped to carry it when we checked in, but we had to carry it downstairs by ourselves when we checked out early in the morning. The breakfast was very average. The room was dimly lit. The most unhappy thing during the stay was that the hot water for bathing was not hot at all. I told the hotel but it couldn't be solved (I could only go to another empty room to bathe and then come back to sleep, which was really troublesome).
