I stayed here during my trip to Cappadocia! The hospitality was wonderful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. If I ever visit Cappadocia again, I would definitely love to stay here!

The hotel staff were very friendly and because it's a new hotel, it was very clean! There was no tissue paper or disposable slippers though 🥺🙋‍♀️. That's pretty common in hotels abroad, but if it bothers you, I recommend bringing your own (*^^*)

Beautiful and quite cave hotel, the bed is very comfortable. Reception and all the staff are very nice. The can help you book shuttles to the airport. From the terrace, you can see the hot balloon views in the morning.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, room is bigger and more comfortable than i expected. The staff is extremely friendly and helped us carry the luggages upstairs, and assisted me for any update in hor air balloon status and provided contact information of renting a taxi. I really love this place and would definitely choose this again.

Nice location and great view to the cityscape and the reception is very friendly. Breakfast is traditional turkey’s which has a variety of choices if little dish. The hotel can also accommodate a three person family

When we arrived, the main entrance was under renovation, which made the view a bit unappealing for photos. The room's cleanliness was decent. We were three people, and the room wasn't very big. Since it was a cave room, the musty smell was quite strong. If you don't like that smell, you might want to consider other options.

The service was incredibly thoughtful. We had an early flight and would have missed breakfast, so the hotel specially prepared some cookies and coffee for us. The internet was super fast; after staying at four different hotels across Turkey, I was surprised to find the best Wi-Fi here.
