Jihan at reception is very helpful. All the staff are very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Within walking distance to many restaurants, view points and Göreme Open Air museum

Good location, friendly reception staff, and a nice breakfast. Overall, I was satisfied. The only minor issue was that the refrigerator didn’t work well. The photo shows the view from the hotel.

A fantastic hotel, situated on a high vantage point with amazing views. Having breakfast in the restaurant was especially pleasant. The owner was incredibly welcoming; he even lent us a knife, plate, and fork when we bought a watermelon. The hot air balloon was absolutely romantic!

The room was cozy, and the hotel staff were all very nice. The rooftop was beautiful, offering views of hot air balloons and unique scenery. The hotel provides exceptional service, offering various travel options and suggestions free of charge. Coffee, juice, and other beverages are available 24 hours a day. Airport shuttle service is also available (for a fee, but it's really convenient). The hotel has many adorable cats, adding to the joy of petting them during your trip.

Very hospitable. We arrived very late at night and asked if we could check out a little later. The staff were very helpful with this. Everyone was very sweet.
