This place was absolutely amazing. Service was fantastic. They helped with absolutely everything from ordering food, to bus shuttles and tours. Really amazing buffet breakfast with amazing views. Would 100% stay again. They helped keep our luggage while we went on a tour and helped to phone the bus shuttle when we were a little late for it. Thanks to Samet for all your help and assistance during our stay.

Very nice hotel, location very close to sunset and sunrise point, no need to pay ticket for go there. Nice cave room, bath room very big and there are whirlpool Breakfast menu good and tasty. We enjoying breakfast with good view This hotel also some nice spot for photography.

Location is great. Near to sunset/sunrise view. Staff our helpful and friendly. Have a nice stay in the hotel. Quiet location if you want to rest and breakfast is great. Will definitely comeback. Great location for Instagram photos. Walking distance to city proper.

Hotel is so close to Sunset view point. Very easy 5 mins short walk up and down hill for Sunset and Sunrise. It locals above the entrance fee pay kiosk so can be accessed to sunset view point for free anytime. The town view from bathroom window is stunning. Love the breakfast with fresh cherries and strawberries.

The location is pretty good. You can go up to the top floor early in the morning and watch hot air balloons. There is also a sunset viewing platform just a short walk away. The room is dark and the furniture is a bit old, so the cleanliness is average. The bathroom is what I am most dissatisfied with. The drains in the bathtub and basin are easily clogged. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a bath. The sliding door is not easy to use and can cause splashing. There are very few places to hang clothes in the room, making it very inconvenient to wash and dry clothes. I don't think the breakfast is delicious, but the front desk service is okay. This hotel is in a really great location. You can see the balloons from your room, and there is a hill right behind the hotel where you can see a lot of balloons early in the morning. The breakfast was very delicious and had a lot of variety, so I had to order a second helping several times. The view from the breakfast venue was also great. You can make reservations for tours etc. at the front desk, but we recommend comparing prices with agencies etc. It was a great location as you can reach the center of Goreme in 5 minutes down the hill.
