We stayed at the Stone Deluxe room and the view of Goreme town view was absolutely amazing. We were arriving to Goreme by night bus at 4AM so the distance from Goreme bus station (at the heart of the town) and 24hrs reception were some important considerations. Guess what, the hotel was just about 300m to the two center with very accommodating host. And the room was in minty condition (bed a bit squeaky), washroom was clean and the amenities were amazing (even gave shower sponges but had to ask for a toothbrush, fyi). Breakfast is provided at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel, and we could look down at the town (says if weather is nice then can see air balloons from distance). Additional advantages are, lobby has an absolutely adorable and timid puppy name Daisy, and we met a beautiful kitty (with character). FYI I don’t think there is an elevator but rooms are up-to 4 stories high. But the hosts are willing to take the luggage for you. Fortunately we were staying jn the stone deluxe, just 2nd stories and located near the entrance of residential building (there are 2~3 buildings connected and a majority of rooms are in the residential building behind the main lobby building). If I ever come back to Goreme I would choose to stay here again.

It was a beautiful property, came with am indoor pool . I wish the terraces were accessible though. Because of snow no balloons were flying. Overall, good place to stay.

Love it! Location is in the middle of the town near the main road. It has a lovely roof for balloon sightings too. Service is great and room is clean, breakfast has a nice spread. Only thing is that the cave room can get stuffy, because we stayed in Nov which is the start of Winter hence no air-conditioning. But would stay here again!

Room was good. Staff was very cooperative. But rooms really needed renovation.

Very helpful staff, fast response to your request/needs. Very comfortable bed! Do not stay above restaurant, furniture movement will be heard from bedroom.

Staying at this hotel made my stay in Cappadocia even better The hotel room is very spacious and has heating and floor heating. It’s great to look out and see the beautiful scenery of Cappadocia! The rooms are stylishly decorated and comfortable, and the lobby is very spacious. Very cost-effective, recommended to stay!

Just finished staying at this hotel, it was great! The staff's service was really great! The staff especially mentioned AYŞE who will take you through the hotel's facilities and help you deliver your luggage to the hotel. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, and the scenery of the hotel was very charming, both the scenery outside the window and the overall atmosphere were unforgettable. Whether you are here to relax and vacation or travel for work, this is a highly recommended choice! Looking forward to coming again next time!

Spectacular hotel in Goreme! Beautiful room with views of the city and excellent staff and breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

Luxurious hotel, the hotel is so beautiful, every corner is a surprise. The breakfast area has a beautiful view outside the window. The breakfast is also rich. The service staff is also very enthusiastic. The hotel has parking. There is also an airport shuttle bus. 10 euros per person, very cheap. Cheaper than my car rental. Remember to make an appointment in advance.

1. The service attitude is different for Chinese people, but more friendly to white people; 2. It is inconvenient if you have a large suitcase, because you need to drag the suitcase up the hill to the hotel; 3. The view from the rooftop is not as good as other similar hotels if you want to see hot air balloons; 4. The breakfast is normal, but the waiter service is not very timely;

Environment: 10 minutes walk from the center of Goreme, 10 minutes drive to Love Valley where you can watch hot air balloons take off. The hotel is very new, and the two cats and two dogs are very comfortable. Hygiene: Both the public areas and the rooms are very clean. Service: The two beauties at the front desk were very friendly and introduced the hotel facilities, breakfast and surrounding attractions in detail. They helped to find the location and tickets of the attractions, and gave two small gifts when checking out. Facilities: The only drawback is that the water volume of the shower is a bit small and the temperature is not hot enough.
