The room and bathroom were quite spacious, clean, and the heating worked well. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and while it's a bit far from the town center bus station, it's only a seven or eight-minute walk. The breakfast was plentiful.

Hotel was perfect, every thing was good, receptionist Mr. Ismail was helpfull, nice and ready whenever we need, best view from balcony and restaurant, breakfast really good and has many varieties. We stayed 2 nights, will be back and will stay here again.

The room was very satisfying, with underfloor heating that kept it warm no matter how cold it was outside. It was genuinely carved out of a cave, not a later construction. The hotel itself is quite large, especially since it has its own restaurant. The food was very much to Chinese taste; it was the best chicken and beef rice I had in Turkey. The only minor issue is that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary drinking water. I asked the staff for two bottles, and they charged me for them upon checkout. I'm okay with paying, but I'm not okay with them not mentioning it at the time and only bringing it up during checkout. Plus, I think providing daily drinking water for guests is something a hotel should do. I'd still rate it a 9.5; overall, I'm quite happy with my stay.

This hotel is great for families with kids. It has a swimming pool and a small farm (roosters crow in the morning, and there are rabbits, etc.). The room is very spacious. Everything is good, except for the slightly old bathtub.

This was the best hotel I stayed in during my trip. It feels like a small resort — very comfortable with lots of outdoor space. The restaurant is excellent, offering a variety of drinks and snacks, and everything is on a tab system so you can just settle at check-out. There’s even a small zoo in the middle of the property, which makes it perfect for families. The location is also great — only about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Highly recommended!

Authentic cave rooms with lovely garden with a small zoo that kids love. It has a great scenery and a wide variety of traditional breakfast. It was in a convenient location and easily walk from or to the sunset viewpoint and restaurants. It also has a one restaurant within the hotel. It has 24 reception which is really helpful.

Amazing choice to experience cave hotels. People at the reception are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is delicious and portions are very big! The room was stunning with huge bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel 😍

Really love this hotel. We booked for 2 nights and we love it. Their hotel is majestic, very unique and wonderful. They also provide hot balloon service and other activities, you can watch sunrise with balloon just at the hotel. Really recommend and for sure will come again. And their breakfast is superb.

This hotel was definitely wonderland. Inside and outside, truly stunning with the gorgeous Cappadocia back drop to compliment the beautifully designed hotel grounds with green area and pool. I arrived long before check in time to do a tour at 4am which got canceled. Ali, one of the best hotel staff I've ever met, made sure I got comfortable as quickly as possible into my Queen Suite which was breathtaking! A room inside a cave? Omg, it was amazing, huge, with a bathroom truly fit for a queen with shower, jacuzzi, and get this, it's own sauna! The hotel also provide a tasty breakfast and assistance with organizing tours (at reasonable additional costs). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave! Best hotel in Cappadocia!
