The hotel is nice overall, but carrying heavy bags without any assistance from the lobby was a bit inconvenient. The dogs are adorable, but unfortunately not suitable for my kids due to their dog allergies. Aircond for warm air not functioning. On the positive side, the location is excellent, and the rooftop offers a fantastic view of hot air balloons floating above. Thank you!

was fun, nice and clean hotel, good service, filled minibar chargeable but convenient saves you the shop trip and reasonable pricing, nice swimming pool the guests were really nice too it was full of friendly people, the breakfast was nice and it is close to absolutely everything, I'd go there again.

Thé location- hospitality at reception with their services & extra guided on ‘things to do’, location was perfect & room with balcony was perfect for my husband & I which we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary. We loved every moment. Best food- hot air ballon ride- best experience ever!!

Good hotel i like it

The hotel is located in the small town of Goreme, not on the mountain, so it is very convenient to drive and park. It takes ten minutes to drive to the place where you can chase hot air balloons in the morning. The breakfast is also very good, but the wireless network in the room is a bit poor.

The hotel was clean and very nice. Breakfast was open buffet and good. The balcony view was good.

We went as families with children. We were very pleased. The location was in a very nice place. The service was also very good. The breakfast was varied and good.

The pool is very small, the bathroom is nice, the location is nice, the breakfast is not bad

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was lovely with a small balcony. For those travelling with lots of electronic devices, there was no problem charging everything at once: sockets by the bed, by the table, everywhere! Although the hotel is close to the city, it is away from the main hustle and bustle. There is a cosy pool area, although we did not use it. Looks great for families with children.

You can see hot air balloons from the balcony and the top floor. The breakfast is rich. The room is considered large in the area. It is worth staying.
