When I arrived, unfortunately, my room was not cleaned and ready even though it was after the check-in time, so I had to wait a little while.
Other than that, everything else was wonderful. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is amazing, and watching the balloons at sunrise was such a memorable experience. A special thanks to Edip from the staff, he was very helpful and offered me great deals for the hot air balloon ride and the Turkish night.
Overall, despite the small inconvenience at check-in, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, views, and friendly staff.

A fabulous and affirdable cave style hotel with a Turkish rooftop seating area overlooking stunning views of the town below. The staff were exceptionally helpful to organize and schedule a variety of outings from a hot air balloon ride to evening sunset horse rides and tours to visit multiiple famous attractions. The breakfast was delicious and the facility was cleaned well daily. Highly recommend!

The hotel location is great! And the staff are friendly. We enjoy our stay in Goreme. And the vintage hotel decoration is nice. Will definitely recommend for others.

The hotel has a convenient location, the food is okay, and the rooms are fine. However, there was an unpleasant smell typical of cave hotels. I stayed for two nights, but toilet paper, water, and towels were not replenished

A homey hotel with a very kind dog, Odin. I arrived late afternoon and stayed for three nights. The hotel also allowed me to wait for my evening bus in their living/ dining room on my last day. The room that I stayed was cozy and clean. Beautiful and carefully designed. A space with a heart. Simple breakfast but enough to start the day. Definitely thinking to stay here again next time I come back to Goreme. Thank you!
PS: A street cat came to my room for two nights as it's freezing outside. I called her "Kittie".

The hotel is very well located and has a lovely view! The hotel staff was also very helpful and friendly and helped us book shuttles to airport and activities, which was a time saver for us

Very good and nice hotel, super friendly service, when we had flight problems and were late checking in, the receptionist waited and helped us find our hot air balloon tickets.
