Excellent location in the center of Goreme. The staff were polite. The bedding and towels were clean. Slippers are provided. Tea, coffee, and water are constantly refilled in the room. I recommend it.

We were 7 guests, our original stay here was 3 nights but we checked out immediately after 1 night. The room was hot, the toilet smelled, one of my family members got diarrhea because of the breakfast. The room was dirty. We did not receive a refund but we understand because of the policy, I hope other guests do not experience what we experienced. However, I can say that the receptionist was very kind and friendly, that's all I can say good about this hotel.

We stayed one night upon our late-night arrival. As there were four of us in the family, we were very happy to have three beds. We also appreciated that our room was close to the entrance and we were shown to our room immediately. The room was clean and, although small, was well-organized. It had a private shower and toilet, which was perfectly adequate. The refrigerator was cold, and shampoo and body soap were provided. Breakfast was included, and we enjoyed the potatoes, bread, and chai.

Good value for money. The location is convenient. There's a small parking lot. All necessary amenities are available. In my opinion, the hotel is better suited for travelers looking for a bed and breakfast rather than those who prefer to stay in their room all day. I'd especially like to commend the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. The hotel is a good option for a reasonable price.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! Thank you so much! The rooms were a bit tired (some had mold on the walls), but the receptionist moved us right away. The breakfasts were also excellent; you won't go hungry! I'd also like to mention the family-like atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. The view from the terrace is beautiful. We didn't see the balloons, but that's how it was two years ago (3 photos).

Overall, it is still a good and distinctive hotel. The store owner is very nice and introduces various matters very carefully. The hotel's characteristic stone house rooms are similar to our expectations. The hotel's hygiene and facilities need to be improved!

The atmosphere of the room was much better than it looked in the photo. The hotel staff are also kind and will take the initiative to help you if you have any trouble. Check-out time is 11:00, but my night bus time is 6:00 p.m., so if you'd like, you can go to the rooftop terrace and drink coffee or tea. He kindly asked me to take it easy, and I was able to take my time, but the rooftop terrace had good ventilation and a great view... I had a better time than going on a tour lol. The location is close to the bus stop, making it convenient for anything you want to do.
