Great hotel with wonderful service. Good location Amazing cave design with sofa chair, tables, TV, AC, bathtub etc. There are balconies outside which is so.perfect to view morning balloons. Also the reception man very handsome🙈 what's more they have the laundry service. Thanks I wish to come again

Hotel is original cave hotel also very silent and location is great room is also good to stay but only food is not up too mark rest all good special hotel roof top is very good view

The room we were given was quite small & 'hidden'. There is only a very small window, hence doesnt get much sunlight. Their dining area on the 2nd floor is relaxing through. Breakfast is buffet style.

The location was very close, about 3 minutes walk from the center of Goreme. The room was clean, and other than the old hair dryer, it was good. Wi-Fi was provided in each room, and I was able to use the internet without any problems. I booked a cave hotel, which had a nice atmosphere and was warm and comfortable with floor heating. There were few guests on the day I stayed, so I was upgraded to a room. I booked a balloon flight the day before through the hotel, which I think was much cheaper than booking through a travel agency. This is probably because it was the off-season and the flight was not canceled the day before. Breakfast was bread with vegetables, cheese, olives, etc., and *food. It wasn't luxurious, but it was just delicious. The owner (who was a different person, perhaps because it was a family-run business) was kind and polite, but I don't know if he could speak anything other than English and Turkish.

The hotel is very conveniently located, the rooms are clean and the space is large enough, but a little brighter lighting would be better.  The service of the hotel staff was commendable and helped us a lot. Breakfast was average, but acceptable. Overall, this hotel is worth recommending

The location is very good, at the foot of the mountain, no need to go to the top or the middle of the mountain, convenient for travel, but if you want to see the scenery, stay somewhere higher.
