Lovely hotel in a central location. The staff are incredibly attentive and the breakfast is amazing!

Location was very good, near town centre Göreme and within walking distance of amenities and food

They were so kind and helpful with all my inquiries and requests, which made my 2-night stay very comfortable. It's close enough to Göreme center to walk, and there's a Burger King nearby, as well as some great value-for-money and delicious restaurants. I also went horseback riding through the hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience!

The hotel located in a good place, u can see hot air balloon taking off right opposite not far from hotel roof top restaurant when taking breakfast.

A wonderful hotel with friendly, helpful staff who are always ready to help and answer any questions! They arranged a transfer to the spa and booked a program for me, and I'm especially grateful for that! The breakfasts are delicious, fresh, and offer a variety every day – fruits, vegetables, olives, and cheese. It's not a lot, but it's delicious and high-quality. There's a beautiful terrace on the top floor with a lovely view of the park in the evenings, and there's a fire pit for a relaxing evening! I definitely recommend it!

The hotel made false claims. The heating was broken. The air conditioning wasn't working. The cleanliness was terrible. The room was very cold and didn't match the pictures. The staff were arrogant. I asked to change rooms, but was told that all rooms were full. Finally, I asked them to fix the heating, and they said they could, but two hours later the room was still cold. We only stayed in the room for about ten minutes during this time, and because it was so cold, we went out for dinner, thinking it would be fine soon. When we came back, the heating was still broken. Finally, they said we could check out but not get a refund. Because the owner was out?... By the way, we requested a corner room, and that's what they gave us... In the end, we didn't stay at this hotel. We just sat on the sofa and did nothing. When the staff heard we wanted to check out, they seemed happy to process our request... 16:30 CHECK IN 19:00 CHECK OUT We only stayed in the room for about ten minutes and paid the full amount... I really don't recommend this hotel... Avoid it...

Unfortunately, there was no hot water on the first evening. The Wi-Fi only ever worked when switched off. But the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean, and most importantly, it was great value for money. The receptionist even provided unlimited bottled water!

The service was okay, but many of the facilities were broken, and the Wi-Fi was very poor.

The building is a bit dated, but typical for the city. The staff is very friendly and willing to help and recommend restaurants and excursions.

We liked the location of the hotel, especially the bathroom was not clean.
