小朋友會比較喜歡，但是住一下，體驗過就好。夏天房間裏面是沒有空調的，真的挺悶熱的，而且洞穴酒店的位置都在山上，不太好找。設施設備也比較簡陋，要不是因為可以推門看到滿天的熱氣球，也不會訂，看自己的傾向和選擇，衹能説不一樣的體驗吧！

酒店非常非常糟糕，衞生堪憂，房間裏面像**一樣。床品連國內二三十塊錢的旅館都不如。我們第一晚凌晨兩點多才到，住了兩天，最後一天。中午11點有前台準時敲門。然後坐在門口守着我們退房離開，體驗感非常糟糕。其實天台的景色格萊美很多酒店大致相同，但這一家不管是環境價格還是服務非常差的，建議大家選擇的時候一定要慎重，慎重再慎重。

首先這間酒店的地理位置不算太差，比起較高的酒店相對嚟講很少一點斜路，是比較舒服的。
工作人員態度普遍不太有禮貌。而且透過他們預訂項目例如機場巴士等等都會比其他酒店貴。一般來說是10歐元，但是他們開價是12歐元，當然消費者需要自己格價。
酒店很嘈吵，基本上不隔音沒有冷氣不能關窗，附近餐廳的聲音或者歌唱聲要等到12點才會完，即是說你12點前根本不能睡覺，而你亦不可能透過關窗去阻隔噪音。
最後可以讚，亦都可以試不讚的地方，酒店價錢不貴，但是可以影到天台地氈熱氣球相片，但是他們的地氈有點污糟。
