"I had a wonderful stay at Cappa Cave Hotel in Göreme, Turkey. The hotel was cozy, clean, and perfectly located near the main attractions of Cappadocia. The cave-style rooms gave a truly unique and authentic experience. A special thanks to Osman,  one of the staff members, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to assist us — from arranging tours to giving local tips and even helping with transportation. His hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cappadocia. The hotel’s charm and Osman’s outstanding service made it an unforgettable experience!"

"Can I just say this hotel is an oasis in Göreme?! From the moment you walk in, the pool is the first thing you see – and it's absolutely stunning for photos! I booked this hotel because I loved it so much, even though I couldn't get a consecutive stay. Trying out two different room types was also a great experience! The rooms have a very vintage design, and the suites come with a Jacuzzi tub – just remember to bring your own disposable tub liner if you want a soak! My absolute favorite part, though, was the view of the pool. It's beautiful from every angle, at any time of day. It looks even more magical at night when the lights come on. Sip on a spritz and then drift off to sleep! Besides the hot air balloons, finding this hidden gem of a hotel was the biggest highlight of my trip to Göreme! Oh, and hotels here usually have a custom of taking in or keeping a stray dog. This one has a big black German Shepherd – don't let his size fool you, he's very gentle, so no need to worry too much."

"First of all, the location is great. It is in Goreme, although a few minutes walk to the centre, so that means you wont be disturbed by the noise at night. The receptionists were helpful, breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and cozy and same as described in photos. We had an amazing stay, we felt right at home. We also had very good sleeps here. The heater worked amazing, we didn’t feel cold at all although it was snowing heavily outside. Will definitely come back again in the future."

"Facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast selection was good and available from 8:30-10:30 every morning. Reception was friendly and available to answer questions and provide information regarding tours/activities. The hotel is located up a hill which is about a ten minute walk from the center of town. Excellent view of the hot air balloons every day from the top of the hotel."

"Ali Bey at the reception was very helpful, thank you for his efforts. The breakfast quality could be improved a bit. There was a smell coming from the room, and the air conditioning and refrigerator were broken."

Unfortunately, because there were few passengers and the weather was cold, they did not have any plans for the night. We got a little bored inside the hotel. Overall, I would like to thank the esteemed staff. Unfortunately, I do not know their names, but the receptionist on the day shift was a polite and professional young man. Thank you. I will probably come to this hotel again in a more suitable season. However, I expect the hotel to plan an entertainment program for the passengers at night or at least serve tea by the fire in the open air."

"I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! "On the first day, there were some dead insects on the sheets of the room I stayed in, and I was afraid they might be mites, but the next day, I was given a new room, and the room was clean and freshly cleaned. The insects on the first day may have been small flies. If you get a room facing the mountains, you can see the hot air balloons in the morning, which is very nice. The breakfast area overlooks the mountains and the city, and you can enjoy local yogurt, bread, dried fruit, cheese, etc. along with nice Arabic music. *There is no cooking or hot food. The owner strongly recommends making travel arrangements, but you can make reservations cheaply in the city."

"Room 103 is spacious and cozy. What we love the most is the strong water pressure, stable water temperature, floor heating and the cozy beds. There are one king and 2 long sofas 70 or 80 cm wide, which are more suitable for children, given the size. They gave free soft drinks in the fridge, replenished daily. The hotel has no parking so you have to park at the roadside. From the main road, you have to walk up 2 small slopes to get to the hotel. Location wise, it's very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby."
