"Location: Right in the center of the town, very convenient for travel
Room: Large enough, I booked a cave room, very unique
Service: Very good, the drinks in the refrigerator are free, stayed for two days, and the room was cleaned on time every day. In addition, the hotel helped to book a hot air balloon, which was very convenient.
Scenery: The hotel has 4 platforms, which are very Turkish and suitable for taking pictures. You can see hot air balloons in the morning"
"Cozy family run hotel. Only stayed one night. Lots of cats. Nice stay ruined by a tour booked by the hotel - Turkish dance. Beware we were overcharged - hotel told us it would be €60 per person (to be paid at the restaurant), which would include transport. Driver is the brother of the lady owner. Went to the dance, and they asked for €65 per person. A couple next to us told us they paid €40 per person. After we kicked up a fuss, we got a refund back however we still don’t know who was trying to rip us off: hotel, driver and/or restaurant. Do your research before agreeing to go on a tour organised by the hotel. That said, the car they organised for us was very reasonable (wife of said driver)."
"Absolutely loved the stay at Ottoman Cave Suites. In walking distance from the bus stop.
Arrived at 5am, couldn't check in as room was occupied, but staff were super helpful and allowed us to sleep in a quiet room until the morning and allowed to use washroom facilities and tea/coffee.
The room itself was beautiful. Very luxury for the price. Views from the terrace were mind blowing. Loved everything about this stay. Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you to everyone that made this stay super pleasant."

"We stayed for 1 night, the room was clean and warm. The location of the hotel is quite nice, close to most places you can go. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also important for us that it was an animal-loving business. I say quality service is valued. Thank you to the business 🙏🏻"
"The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the bus station in Goreme (there are many ATM machines nearby where you can withdraw money, or you can wait here for the bus to the ceramic town), and there is no need to climb!
The front desk helped book a shuttle bus to Kayseri Airport early in the morning, told him the flight number, and arranged a pick-up time. It was very punctual!
We checked out too early and didn't have time to have breakfast, so they helped pack sandwiches and drinks for us to take away."
"It was amazing stay. We went to celebrate our anniversary and we were so happy when we saw our room was decorated nicely by balloons and candles. Very clean and big room. And the best thing was breakfast really very nice breakfast we had. Overall everything was good. Nice service and staff were very friendly . I will definitely recommend to my friends."
"We stayed at the Stone Deluxe room and the view of Goreme town view was absolutely amazing. We were arriving to Goreme by night bus at 4AM so the distance from Goreme bus station (at the heart of the town) and 24hrs reception were some important considerations. Guess what, the hotel was just about 300m to the two center with very accommodating host. And the room was in minty condition (bed a bit squeaky), washroom was clean and the amenities were amazing (even gave shower sponges but had to ask for a toothbrush, fyi). Breakfast is provided at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel, and we could look down at the town (says if weather is nice then can see air balloons from distance). Additional advantages are, lobby has an absolutely adorable and timid puppy name Daisy, and we met a beautiful kitty (with character). FYI I don’t think there is an elevator but rooms are up-to 4 stories high. But the hosts are willing to take the luggage for you. Fortunately we were staying jn the stone deluxe, just 2nd stories and located near the entrance of residential building (there are 2~3 buildings connected and a majority of rooms are in the residential building behind the main lobby building). If I ever come back to Goreme I would choose to stay here again."
"The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! We stayed in one of the caves and we absolutely loved it! The staff super welcoming, staying here you have direct access to Sultan cave terrace for the sunrise which has the best view for it! Also the hotel have two terraces and the pool! The breakfast delicious and the only thing to improve was that in one of the two days we spend there, they didn’t fixed the terrace so it was empty without the carpets and traditional cushions. The rest is just perfect! Oh and don’t forget to try the Hamam! 😻"
"The most special hotel I have ever stayed in. It is in the stone. It is not artificially piled stones, but real excavated ones. The hotel is very beautiful and well-proportioned. Every angle is good to take pictures. Fortunately, I booked it six months in advance.
The hotel service is very good. Someone will pick up the luggage as soon as you get off the airport minibus. I gave a good recommendation when I stayed there, and also sent a mixed drink.
But it is not recommended to order a shuttle at the hotel. It is more punctual on 🍑. It is also very convenient to take the airport minibus when leaving the airport. There is a fixed price at the door. Show the driver the name of the hotel and he can deliver it to the door of the hotel.
The breakfast at the hotel is very rich, and you can also order toasted toast, starting at 8 o'clock.
The room has no windows, and the air conditioner needs to be turned on for a long time. The room is large and the facilities are good, but there are two points that I hope to improve:
1. Don't put the floor towel together with the towel and bath towel! Because the floor towel is used on the ground, I am worried about hygiene, so I only use the disposable bath towels I brought with me.
2. The hair dryer is hard to use. Girls can't hold it at all. You need to pinch the button while blowing. You can't fix it on one button. Even my husband who helped couldn't hold on for long. He finally finished blowing my hair intermittently, and his hands were sore.
Finally, there is a sunset mountain next to the hotel. The ticket is 20tl per person. It's very beautiful to watch the hot air balloons from it! ! ! The sunrise and sunset are also beautiful! ! ! It's more interesting than riding a hot air balloon, but remember to walk more inside after passing the observation deck! The angle is more perfect!"
"I had an incredible experience at Sultan Cave Suites during my recent stay. From the moment we landed, the hotel provided a free ride from the airport to the hotel, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond, with a special shout-out to a wonderfully helpful team member who assisted me with my heavy luggage, proving that strength comes in all forms.
What truly impressed me was the staff's local knowledge. Despite being a petite individual, one staff member knew the area like the back of her hand. She not only recommended fantastic nearby markets and restaurants but also guided us to a hidden gem for a delightful breakfast experience.
Late check-in wasn't an issue at all. The staff graciously helped us order food during the night, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel's strategic location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our transit stay. The next morning, they provided a reasonably priced shuttle service to ensure we caught our flight on time, completing the seamless experience.
I also have to mention the delightful night staff member who was not only cute but also warm and friendly. Her willingness to share local insights added a personal touch to our stay.
In summary, Sultan Cave Suites is a gem for transit flight stays. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and will undoubtedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers."

Excellent
AAmore_PerezCaverna Caves was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and helping plan activities and transportation. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference.
The room was amazing, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The entire facility was picturesque, with stunning views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The view of the hot air balloons at sunrise was breathtaking.
The breakfast was another highlight of the stay—delicious and well-prepared, offering a taste of the local cuisine.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious experience in Cappadocia. It’s the perfect destination for those seeking both comfort and beauty.

This cave hotel is a hidden gem in Goreme and one of the newest cave hotels. We had booked the Superior Cave Queen Room with jacuzzi that was very clean, and easily fit 3 of us.! It was such a lovely experience in the cave and has to be one of my favourite places that l have ever stayed.
We had breakfast included which had a spectacular view of Gerome as well as the hot air balloons. The lovely girls at breakfast were very kind and always cooked us lovely eggs in the morning.
Perfect location which was walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Our favourite place was Quick China which was a short walk. There were stunning carpet shops and we ended up buying a pretty carpet from Dowry Carpets.
The staff have a lot of experience and knowledge of the area and have a variety of tours and experiences to explore. We booked the hot air balloon with the hotel which I would recommend to all. It was an unforgettable experience and was our highlight of the trip. Truly magical!
Finally I would like to extend a huge thank you to the amazing staff - Mehmet, Mehmet (Junior), Mehdi and Noor.
Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. They always ensured we were comfortable and messaged throughout the day to see if we needed anything.
Mehmet made a huge effort for my sister's birthday and it was a lovely surprise.
I would definitely recommend this cave hotel to whoever wants to have a memorable experience in Cappadocia. Oh and the most cutest cat of Hira Hotel - Duman. We miss him!
AAnonymous UserSleeping very comfortable, the observation deck is beautiful, getting up too late to eat food, you can see other people's evaluation. Very enthusiastic, but unfortunately my English is too bad, I didn't communicate much. The road at the entrance of the hotel is a bit difficult to climb, the location is high and the view is comfortable
GGuest UserThe room is very special, with great attention to detail. It is a good place to take photos, and the surroundings are beautiful. We added a sofa bed for the child for 50 euros, which is not bad. The hotel is nice, but the hotel is busy with day trips and so I didn't have time to take a closer look. The hotel restaurant has good food.
RRajviefHighly Recommended Hotel.!!
Location:
Hotel located centre of the Gorome, Cappadocia.
From the hotel
3 walking distance of central bus and taxi stand which can travel anywhere to cappodocis
Surrounded with restaurants and there is 2 to 3 pharmacy nearby (Walking Distance)
Service:
Friendly staff, there would two person. The main person will be taken care at day time. One the day first day check in hotel, he will give you brief about cappadocia with the map explain about green, red, blue tour.
You dont need to book anything via online. Booking with hotel, its cheaper and safer as he will be giving you their recommended tour guide company will fetch you from hotel directly (payment can be done in cash or credit card).
Sharing one of my experience which i was asking about renting car to drive around in goreme. He personally advise not to rent car as anything happens more headaches better take the taxi go around which taxi stand 3 mins walking distance.
Overall.
Any activity you would like to do, can book through the hotel. They will arrange it for it. 100% reliable.!!
Hot air ballon can be seen from hotel room.!!
Staying top cave hotel will be difficult for you to walk around because it located hilly area. This hotel located ground level Surrounded with many restaurants, pharmacy, grocery shop.!!
I really enjoyed staying here special thanks sayed the hotel person in charge who being very nice l, guide, and even prepare breakfast for us knowing we are checking out early in morning.
GGuest UserI stayed at this lovely hotel for four nights. It's located slightly up a hill but not all the way up, so it made it very easy to get away from all the hustle & bustle of the tourists on the main street, but yet still have the charm & proximity to beautiful architecture, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very accommodating, and the environment is very chill. In addition, there are two little furry staff members, sometimes three, who will run the courtyard and keep you company.
Upon checking in, they informed me that if I wanted to include breakfast with my stay, all I needed to do was let them know how many times I dined at checkout. Also, I needed laundry to be done, therefore dropped it off in the morning by 10:00 a.m. and had it back by early evening. They also said just pay upon checkout. They are very trusting! No one checks you at the restaurant for your room number! One load was $10€, but I will say don't expect them to fold everything. I dropped everything off in my own laundry bag, and it was pretty much shoved back in there! You also have to be specific with what you want hung dry too. They have an iron in the reception area should you need it.
The rooms are nicely decorated in a rustic style. It's a decent size, but they are rather dark. I had a hard time putting on makeup before going out. 😂 The bed was rather comfy. The water pressure was absolutely fantastic, and the water gets hot quick too!!
There are several delicious restaurants within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance ... Taste of Mama (Gözleme), Omru (rooftop), TUMA (rooftop), INCI, and Keyif (rooftop & great music).
Overall, a very pleasant stay in a lovely location. I would definitely return!
GGregStaff was great. They had a breakfast that was filling. The main thing I want to tell you is that I booked a balloon trip online. It was 3 times more expensive than booking through the hotel. Even just random ballon bookings discovered through walking the streets, were actually much cheaper to book and around 100 euros. So with that being said, stay here and they will assist in booking the balloon flight for you. Also know the ballon ride pickup is at 4 am. The hotel was very big and had many areas to relax. The view from this hotel was great for seeing the balloons too. The walk into town from the hotel is long walk, and down hill. We left after checkout to explore, and stored our luggage. We took a taxi back. I believe it was Rose taxi. The taxi company was also great and accommodating. Took us to get luggage, and then to mall. And picked us up and took us to airport. So all in all, it was a great stay that started with this hotel.
GGuest UserOVERALL: A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful cave and rock decor. I picked it because the decor is a mixture of both, unlike some other ones in the area. Service is amazing and the staff is really helpful. They offered to help transport my suitcase up to the bedroom area of my room.
I went during the beginning of the season in late March and the hotel kindly upgraded me for free to a deluxe room, which has two levels, the bathroom below and the sleeping area above. In the room, Two windows open to views of goreme town and the balloons if you get up early enough to see them before sunrise.
They also recently expanded their terrace offerings it seems ao now they actually have multiple, without different pillow set up. Breakfast is served open buffet style from 8-10am, variety is limited but there are some Turkish meze delicacies, menemem and boiled egg daily, sausages, a hot pastry, breads, cheese and ham, and for drinks - juices, tea and coffee, it's fair.
AMENITIES: The bathroom is VERY spacious, but doesn't really come with much actually useful amenities. There are no additional personal care kits whatsoever - so no shower caps, cotton swabs, little things like that. There is a stand shower at one corner, a bath tub at another end and a toilet bowl in the middle with a sink and mirror as well on another area. Door comes with a full body mirror. It's beautifully designed by the layout is a bit odd and I think the hotel can work on adding little details to enhance the bathroom experience because there is totally potential for that. But hot water, drains and flush all work just fine, so it's definitely functional.
LOCATION: The hotel is also conveniently located around 10-12 mins away from the famous Sunrise/Sunset point for balloon viewing (you get to see thw balloons take off there). The fact that it's walkable is amazing! It's located on a little side hill, and Goreme's main street is just a 20 steps slope away.
DDanielll_- Environment is nice and cozy. There is a beautiful terrace and I watched the hot air balloon in the morning!!
- All the staffs are really helpful. They helped us to book the hot air balloon in a cheap price and gave us suggestions for scheduling our trip in Cappadocia.
- The decorations of our room are beautiful too. But there are too many midges/ inserts in the bathroom (more than 10), too awful...
GGuest UserStayed for 3 nights. Very convenient location. Not quite in the center, but 7 minutes walk to the morning. True, there is construction near the hotel, but this did not interfere with the rest.
Breakfast is varied and delicious. The room has a refrigerator, water, tea, coffee, kettle. Slippers, everything for hygiene. True, the maid did not update the standard set every day, but this did not stop me. The room has radiators and air conditioning. Purely. Stylized as a cave. Nearby they sell the best baklava (melts in your mouth). You can order food in your room from a hotel partner. There is a travel agency at the reception, but I needed to use the services.
The average price for hotels in Goreme is US$202 on weekdays, and US$203 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
