It was exactly what I expected for that low of a rate in terms of being dated but the room was clean and the bed was sleepable and the hot tub was a nice plus after a day on the mountain. It was super convenient for skiing at Wildcat. The breakfast ended very early.

Old and in need of updating. Bed was so old you sunk right to the middle of the bed. I was a bit concerned about staying because it seemed a bit sketchy. If I had been alone and not with my husband, I wouldn’t have stayed there. Some people were cooking on a grill directly outside there room. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The pictures do not depict how it was, tried to get a towel exchange and trash taken out and they could not do that, and pool was closed until the last night. Breakfast was listed on info in the room from 6am to 9am, but they closed at 8:30 without prior notification. Breakfast should be open later on weekends also.

Not worth the price. Felt like I was over charged because I made reservations last minute. Property was dated and in disrepair. Light bulbs missing, broken siding and really just in need of upgrades. The pool was only open certain hour so our son could not swim. Went to get something to eat from the included breakfast most things were out, no milk, nothing but white toast, no muffins or pastries. Overall just not good.

Check in and out was fast and easy. Parts of the hotel were redone and very nice. We were in a very old part in the back. The price was very low so I can't complain. The king size bed was comfortable but creaked a bit. The room was old but clean. The fan in the bathroom was so loud that we couldn't use the bathroom at night for fear of waking up our spouse. Worst of all, there was no internet in the back units. Breakfast was fair with some bagels, mini muffins, a few fruit and waffles. If we were in the front part, at that price, I would have given 5 stars.

The room was not at all as pictured. There were water stains on the ceiling and walls, the door had brown flecks on it, there was a huge chunk missing out of the middle of the headboard, stains in the sink and tub. I pulled back the sheet and found several small black insects. We left and drove home.

The sheets and blankets were scratchy, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in room, no meats in the breakfast, and pool facilities were down.

Way too expensive for what you get. When I checked in I asked for a late check out just one hour extra. They could not tell me until I had to re-call in the morning during breakfast hours. I called the next morning and they told me no the latest they could give me was a half hour after that I have to pay. In the room, there was a letter from the Rodeway Inn stating you can have free Wi-Fi at the old royalty inn’s password. I went to the front desk and they said this was old. The new password changed with the new owner. It took 2 hours to connect with the wi-fi. And there was a hole in the ceiling that had toilet paper shoved up in it to close off the whole. This is nothing like the royalty Inn used to be.

The room was clean but had a distinct odor. The phone did not work and the indoor pool was closed. Breakfast was okay although the area was too small to accommodate the people waiting to eat. There was a limited amount of food choices and there was only one type of coffee. We won’t be staying there again.
