Прекрасный отель, мы остановились в люксе из 2 комнат и 2 сан узла. Все чисто, красиво, мебель и сантехника хорошие! Бассейн хоть и не большой, но очень классный. 2 уровня высоты, 7 летнему ребенку самое то! Сауна, хамам!!! Отдельное восхищение ресторану! Ужин был великолепен!!! Паста просто , индейка волшебная! Запеканка на завтрак вообще шедевр!!! Причем в этом же городе были в Рэдиссон блю, так вот Custom House нам понравилось на много больше!!! Всё продумано, вкусно и красиво!!!

Останавливались в данном отеле в январе 2023. Очень понравилось отношение к клиентам. Понравилось также новогоднее оформление отеля, очень красиво и атмосферно. Вкусно кормили и учитывали все пожелания. В итоге можем рекомендовать этот прекрасный отель.

Выбрали отель для ночевки, при следовании из Архыза в Москву. Отличный отель. Выбрали из-за сауны и хамама с бассейном. Очень приятно после длительного пути принять водные процедуры. Предварительно списавшись с отелем, забронировали сауну и к нашему приезду все было готово. Номер выбрали люкс, так путешествовали с подругой. Две спальни, две ванные комнаты, большая прихожая и чистота. Чай, кофе, водичка. Завтрак без излишеств. Официанты правда, то-ли уставшие, то-ли не обученные гостеприимству. Но ни чего, пойдет. Нужно улыбаться, а не держать руку за спиной, как гарсон и ни чего не делать.
