Hotel Sunroute Patio Goshogawara Reviews

It's a business hotel a bit far out from the station. Since there is no bus directly connected to it you have to walk 15 or so minutes to the main station, which would usually be fine, but during winter when the road is snowy, so it's a bit of more difficult. Nevertheless the quality of the hotel itself was good, staff was nice and helpful when I had to do a delivery, and the room is clean and just the right size for the price.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the station. Goshogawahara is a small city and relatively remote. The overall feeling of the hotel exceeded expectations. The room is quite small in Japan, and it can even accommodate two chairs, which is quite luxurious. Clean, quiet, breakfast is OK, check-out is at 10 o'clock, not 12:00 as stated on Ctrip. The only inconvenience is that there is only one socket in the room and the other one is in the bathroom. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from ITO. I went there for dinner. There are many restaurants on the first floor, including Japanese and foreign food. By the way, the moment I got the key, I felt a sense of simplicity. I don’t know why I felt this way.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The facilities were old, but they were well-maintained and it was comfortable to stay there.

After checking in, I asked the front desk staff for directions to go shopping, and they were very helpful. I went to eat right before breakfast finished, but the staff member was very accommodating and didn't show any signs of displeasure, which I really appreciated.

Since there is no place to eat around, I feel like I have no choice but to buy it at a convenience store and eat it.This time, I bought it at Yoshigyu and ate it.

Overall, it's pretty good for a business hotel. The only thing I didn't understand was that one of the senior male front desk clerks was rude. I'm not sure if it's because I'm not Japanese.

The veteran staff was very considerate as a hotel man, but Young people: I felt that the young female staff in particular lacked hospitality. Even when I spoke to the woman at the front desk, it was the veteran staff who responded.
