The hotel is located right in front of the Gothenburg train station, which is very convenient. The room is in decent condition—nothing fancy, but a good size, not too small. Overall, considering the easy accessibility, it's quite good.

Overall a pleasant stay, conveniently located near to Gothenburg Central Station and right next to Nordstan shopping mall and tram / bus links. Easy walking distance to Haga and elsewhere too.  Hotel rooms are well appointed, though proper AC would be beneficial, there with comfy beds and the bathroom is comfortable too. The gym while not large, it's better equiped that majority of hotel gyms around and enough for a workout. Never tried the pool / sauna, you have to book a time slot which just made things a little awkward to fit into our day but it's a good concept.  Only downside is the wooden floors in the hotel rooms. You can hear people walking / moving furniture easily from several rooms / floors away. While not the hotels fault, guests are so unaware with how loud they are and need to take responsibility on this. Make noise late into the evening and from 6am everyday disturbed our sleep. That would be the only negative of our stay.

Its very near to central station Hotel staff was very friendy

Found hair on bathroom vanity, hairdryer and shower room. Room is not as clean as expected. Pillow was lumpy and bed was uncomfortable. Other than good location, would not recommend.

Good location beside nordstan, good breakfast but a little bit available seat in a russ.

Excellent location. Decent sized rooms. Nice to have a sauna, gym, etc. Breakfast was OK for vegetarians and vegans.

No aircon, tv kept losing signal during the stay, have to check in via self service kiosk and cut your own key staff dont smile or interact with customers unless they get approached. Extractor fan in bathroom so noisy keep awake all night. No sound proofing in rooms hear every noise from rooms next door and below

The hotel is conveniently located and room is very modern. I will definitely recommend it.
