Had a 1 night stay which had a great marina right outside with many restaurants across it. Unfortunately, we didn’t go on the best day but the area definitely made up for it. Had to get a taxi to the pier as its a fair walk away but only costs around £7 or there is a bus stop right outside. Overall had a great stay and the room was quite small but very comfortable :)

The location is very convenient, but the entrance to the hotel is not easy to find. Also, the lighting in the room is very dark, making it almost impossible to read or work. I hope it can be improved~~~~~~~~

Hotel is nice, located outside of Brighton, had to drive everywhere to get to Brighton, parking in Brighton is difficult.
Had to change room because we were put in a disabled accessible room that we did not need. The shower flooded the entire bathroom where it made it dangerous to walk when getting out of the shower. Cleaning staff informed us it has been an issue for a long time and they have to use multiple towels to try to dry the bathroom.

I think this was our third stay at Malmaison, Brighton this year so we knew what to expect (although my girlfriend didn't, we got engaged!). We like the location by the marina and always choose a room with a sea view but were very grateful for our upgraded room on arrival.
The staff are all fabulous, front of house and backstage.
The hotel itself is always spotless and we like the option of not having your room serviced during short stays in exchange for drinks vouchers (my girlfriend recommends the Olive & Lemon Verbena Martini).
See you in May 2024!

Great stay, lovely staff, very welcoming and attentive. Amazing views from the room
Bad parts:
Room had issues with drainage, water did no drain away which was an issue, and cleaniness, could of been better. Bath mat was dirty and no toilet brush.

Room was cold and took a sometime to warm up. The room was also small for 2 people. The hotel was quite. Wasn't prepared to pay £19.50 each for breakfast, when there is the Harvester across the road and breakfast was £8.50.
