hotel was near daehwa station exit 5, had many food stores that were open till late and convenience stores nearby. Good location if you are attending a concert in goyang stadium, around 5-15 mins walk (depending on entry gate). Room is spacious and all basic amenities were provided, bottled water is given everyday.
pretty clean except that furnitures are pretty old, can hear noise from the corridor and no peephole. Had the experience of a stranger banging and pressing the room doorbell and had to open the door to inform them that they were at the wrong room.
Receptionist does not understand much english but is friendly and will use hand gestures or still try to understand your needs.

It was cleaned every day. The building is old and I was afraid to move the key, but it seemed to work yesterday. The lighting in the room was bright and nice. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes nearby, so it's very convenient.

I stayed in this motel for 2 nights to attend the exhibition held by Kintex. It is very convenient to travel near the subway, and there are many places to eat, drink and play. However, on the second night, the young couple next door was too noisy. The screams and the sound of the bed woke me up from my sleep. They tossed and turned for more than two hours until 4 am. I was speechless and helpless.

Other than the cost-effectiveness, I don't really recommend it. They should get rid of the fans in the rooms. It's clean and the location is good, but it feels like an old motel.

It's just a motel, but the rooms are always clean. It's easy to get to KINTEX. The parking lot is perfect, right next to Daehwa Station. It's easy to get to the restaurants.

It's really convenient to go to the concert. You can store your luggage after arriving. It takes 10 minutes to walk back after the concert. It's not recommended if you have very high requirements for hygiene conditions.
