A really lovely and place for vacation, warm and welcoming owner and staff, cosy dining room, local food, nice garden and a great for couples who wants to relax a little outside the Plitvice centre.

Great stay! Breakfast was simple but probably the best we had during our week in hotels. Scrambled eggs made to order instead of the typical pan full of not fully cooked eggs! Had a small problem with shower head but the owners fixed it in less than 5 minutes.

Anita is the best host ever! We had such a good visit the first time we returned for two more nights the following week. It's an amazing value - double room and a full breakfast for a very low rate. AND If you are lucky enough to stay when Anita and her husband are preparing Croatian peka ("under the bell"), you are in for a real treat. It's the best we've had in Croatia - huge portions, melt-in-your-mouth pork, divine carrots, plum pie, cheesecake, and the most divine potatoes ever. The entire meal is 20 euros and even if you are not staying here, call and see if you can reserve a spot for this meal! The lodge itself is slightly older and has no AC, but we didn't need it, even in July. The outdoor spaces are lovely and there are lots of places for different groups to gather and visit. AND it's only 5 minutes to Plitvice National Park! When Anita found out we were leaving early to catch a flight from Split and were doing to miss breakfast, she packed us lunches for our journey! Unparalleled hospitality. We hope to return someday!

Great stay, just a few minutes drive from Plitvice Lakes National Park. Comfortable beds, clean room and good breakfast, pretty much all I needed.
