Desperately needs aircon the room's are absolutely stifling. Very basic accommodation but clean, towels need replacing they're tiny and threadbare, beds are very comfortable. But what we paid reflects this.

Excellent apartment good location friendly helpful staff. Free room safe, comfy bed and good free Wi-Fi. nice big balcony too. Only criticism which happens wherever I stay in Canaries is the lack of good English TV channels. Will definitely include these apartments on my shortlist when returning to Gran Canaria.

Our apartment number 6 was actually on the first floor of Tamara block opposite Cocoteros. It had been recently refurbished and so felt new and fresh. Twin beds were comfortable with decent linen. Our A/C was too noisy to use on our first night but this was dealt with very efficiently the next morning and would commend the management. The apartment is well equipped with a north east aspect balcony. The location is excellent with restaurants and shops nearby and an easy walk to the beach or dunes. A

I was highly impressed with the staff and facilities of the Jacarandas Beach complex..it was Centrally located, close to the beach, shops and local restaurants. It was lovely and quiet and tenderly cared for..looking forward to staying next year. I would highly recommend..

A stunning sea view apartment. Beautiful views of the nature reserve, sea and sand dunes.There are 2 of these room types on the Second Floor. We booked this property for 2 nights whilst staying on the island. The resort is delightful. This property is walking distance from the bus station. A great little cheap mini market at the Oasis Apartments which are close by. Plentiful restaurants, bars and shopping in the main resort. Cheap sun loungers on the beach € 2.50 per chair and € 2.50 per umbrella. Pay the extra for the sea view room and you won't be disappointed.

Excellent apartments with everything you need. Excellent location. Excellent staff especially Theresa. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Special thanks to Juan Carlos who looked after us during our stay. Cannot wait to return again next year.

Rooms were very clean. Carlos in Reception was very helpful. Only a 3 minute walk to the supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a Kate flight on last day and reception was very accomodating.

It has a small number of apartments which means the pool never got busy and people were not fighting over chairs. The apartment was located on the ground level which was perfect for the pool! Met some lovely people also staying there - we got to know them better during the week which added to it being a great experience. Ideal location - short walk to both the beach and yumbo centre! Would stay there again but perhaps not during the summer as there is no aircon! Only negative about the apartments!

The apartment was basic but very nice and clean and with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. It is very conveniently located close to the beach at Maspalomas and the associated bars and restaurants. We had a couple of issues with the card key, which were quickly and efficiently resolved by the manager. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and efficient, but perhaps coming on occasion a bit early for my wife's liking as she was very tired and would have appreciated sleeping later some mornings.
