Great concept, good for photos. BUT our capsule no 7 was defective: the door was no locking, the key card holder was taped and so there was no good connection for electricity, and AC in the capsule was not working either. We had to sleep with the door open in order to be able to breath.
The door in the room is unlocked and everyone could enter. The patio is right next to the room, so there is a lot ot noise. People drinking until late and no one from the staff around to supervise. At around 2.30,drunk people entered in the room, a man started shouting and hitting a woman in the face, more people were involved and finally somebody called the police.
We felt super unsafe, especially without having the possibility to lock our capsule door.
Wouldn't go back.

Stayed here thinking I booked the normal room - not the capsules. No idea why anyone would want to stay in the capsules. It is like being in a coffin, so stuffy/hard to breath. We had to keep the door slightly open to be able to breath. No space and when you get out to get your luggage in the cupboards there is NO space to sort yourself out/get your belongings and no space for people to get past you. The lights go off as soon as you take out the card - not ideal for 2 people. The only nice/clean/spacious thing was the bathroom which was unfortunately communal. Staff are nice and helpful as they can be and the location is perfect.

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA. JAMÁS VOLVERÉ Y JAMÁS LO RECOMENDARÉ. Le quise regalar a mi pareja esta experiencia ya que nos gustaba el royo que por la web aparecía y demás. Resuelta que desde Murcia vamos únicamente y exclusivamente a este hotel. Por su sistema innovador (la cápsula) Y sobre todo para la suite y el spa privado. Llame como 3 días antes de ir para allá para confirmar todo y efectivamente todo estaba correcto, hasta que la pesadilla empezó nada más llegar. No aparecía nuestra reserva de la suite y spa. Bueno pague la primera noche de cápsula. Y la segunda noche les dije que habíamos echo el viaje para hospedarnos allí, principalmente para tener nuestra hora de spa privado “ME COMENTARON QUE ESTABA FUERA DE SERVICIO DESDE HACE TIEMPO” nadie cuando llame 3 días antes me confirmó nada. NADIE bueno de la decepción que tomé quise anular la reserva que tenía para pasar esa noche. Supuestamente me la anularon, me la cancelaron. Me dijeron que nos fuéramos tranquilos que todo estaba Ok. Y estando en Murcia veo un cargo de 111,15€ (de la suite y del spa que nunca utilizamos) Llame y me encontré con una chica que no sabía ni qué contestar y su solución era “No puedo hacer nada. Mande un correo y consulta con tu banco” Mira fatal es un robo y me está constado que me devuelvan mi dinero. Lo único bueno la chica que nos atendió cuando nos íbamos a ir. Que hablo con su supervisora una tal “Daniela” para decirle que obviamente no íbamos a pasar la noche allí, puesto que habíamos ido por disfrutar de las instalaciones y ni eso pudimos. Y todo parecía haberse quedado bien. Hasta que repito se me han cobrado 111,15€ QUE NO HICIMOS USO DE ESO. NI SUITE NI SPA PRIVADO. Y AÚN ASÍ ME LO HAN COBRADO IGUAL.

To be honest I read the reviews after booking and before going and I was a bit suspicious about this place but I must say I was positively surprised! The location of this place is great and the hotel itself was very clean. The capsule is a very different experience! We also stayed in the suite which is definitely better but the capsule is a fun experience that you should try out! Staff was great too, especially Abdel which was always very polite and available. I recommend. It's obviously not a resort but for the price you pay it's an absolute bargain

We booked a Deluxe Capsule Room with private bathroom through *********** When we arrived the receptionist told us we had booked a pod with a shared bathroom and a private bathroom was unavailable. We told them this was unacceptable but they offered no solution and no refund. *********** have been worse than useless in resolving the matter, so we are out of pocket. Luckily we were only staying two nights. I would not recommend booking this hotel, they changed their name between us making the booking in August and the stay which should have been Oct 13th 2023. To compound the matter they told *********** that we were a no-show

We have just arrived in Granada from the Canary Islands, with a prior reservation at this hotel, where we have entered and left, because they have literally left us stranded on the sidewalk. Be careful because if you reserve a room through booking, when you arrive they tell you that there are only capsules and you are left on the street with suitcases and luggage. They wash their hands of it and do not take responsibility for anything or give you any solution. They keep your money, and who knows what you have to do now to get it back. A disgrace.

We went to spend one night to test the concept of a “futuristic” hotel (in our case we chose the capsule) and it was the worst experience without a doubt… starting because when you enter they don't explain ANYTHING about how the capsule works. The supposed console that they promised was a Chinese controller with games typical of a Nokia from 20 years ago... the TV looked terrible, the controller didn't work well, the HBO didn't work, anyway we went to try the gaming area to see if there We could hang out and we were surprised that there were 4 games on the computer, 2 of which did not work, and the play 5 one of the controls was broken, and once again the game we wanted to play did not work (Call of Duty). The cleaning service is simply terrible, I attach photos, the cleaning girl had just finished just when I entered the bathroom and it seems that she does not know how to scrub or does not want to do it well, I left that bathroom disgusted. As if that were not enough, the bedding in the capsule is an extra thin sheet, they don't even give you a blanket or something to cover you and we spent the night freezing since they don't have heating. The mattress is very uncomfortable and there is no privacy since it is all made of bad plastic and on top of that it moves at the minimum, we had another couple upstairs and we haven't slept a wink all night because we woke up every moment due to the movement. Totally disappointed, the location is fine but we are from Granada and we know of places with a better location, cheaper and with better conditions. If your idea is to spend a different and fun night, don't go to this place because the only thing you are going to do is sleep in a plastic coffin with LED lights.
