Excellent location. One of the 5 best located in the city. Nice staff. Very comfortable hotel to walk around the center. Note that the soundproofing of the windows facing the street is somewhat deficient. It would be something to improve.

Good location, never lived in such a bad hotel

Unbeatable location. Correct room, uncomfortable pillows and a lot of noise from the slamming of the rooms.

This hotel is in the city, close to all shopping, restaurants an sovenier shops. Trams close. Hotel is very accomadating, staff goes out to make ur stay a pleasant one. Only negative thing is breakfast very small an limited, basic. Rooms nice

The crushing disappointment of arriving at this unattractive, dull, dismal and depressing hotel made me want to cry. We had just stayed at a fabulous hotel in Cordoba and this was a shocking let down. Cons - No welcoming reception area just a lobby with a tiny desk with miserable dour faced staff crammed behind it Bedroom a 70s style brown box with no redeeming features Empty minibar and the 'bar' was a small desk in the 'restaurant' - which was actually more like a school canteen -however mini bar price list in room! The terrace on the top floor completely closed off so no outside space at all. The smoker had to stand outside in the very busy shopping street. Staff completely disinterested in guests No lounge/seating area at all anywhere No hotel information in the room Towels paper thin and cheap - toilet paper tissue thin and cheap Pros - comfy bed breakfast fine I could not honestly recommend this place at all

I would not recommend staying here. Our room was small, the air conditioning didn’t work and it had quite a bad smell. The breakfast was underwhelming and all the common spaces feel dark and a little sad. We were supposed to stay 5 nights but left after one.

Situated on a main road about 15 minutes walk from the cathedral this hotel is furnished in minimalistic fashion. The entrance hall is that of a tenement block with rather miserable receptionists. Our room contained 3 beds and was triangular in shape. The view from the windows was of other walls and the room was dark. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with bland but effective tiles. However the sanitary ware was cheap with a very fragile bath surround. Overall the bedroom was not a pleasant place to relax. Breakfast was self-service in a small room that also doubles as a sad bar. The food was ordinary. There are plenty of local places for a good breakfast. I would not stay here again.

We stayed here during a short tour of Andalusia. Previously we had stayed at the Eurostars hotels in Malaga, Seville and Cordoba and had been pleased with all three. We found ourselves regretting that our tour company had not booked us into Granada's Eurostars hotel for the Abades was something of a downer on which to end our tour. I do wonder sometimes how allocation of stars is determined for no way does this hotel merit the four stars which it claims to have. It might pass muster as an average three star. This was evident at the outset from the pokey reception area. Later in our stay the receptionist could not or would not check us in for our flight home the next day. The decor is gloomy with pretentious themes for gaudy pictures on each of the floors. The two lifts are some distance apart. There are no meals other than a so-so breakfast buffet served in a small room where Formica was much in evidence. One accepts that not all hotels serve dinner but here there wasn't even a bar. yet they have four stars!

Hotel was very central , clean and very good breakfast . Room was spacious and bathroom good size . Parking was close to hotel considering in center . The only comment is that whilst room are clean ,modern and minimal ,the walls need to be done urgently due to luggage marks .considering it’s a 4 star .

Terrible hotel. The noise from the main road is unbearable especially on a Friday night with traffic noise and drunks shouting and screaming. It went on until 4am. The air con and heating do not work properly. There is a constant low level machine noise. We had two room changes as things were not correct. This is a three star hotel and not four star as advertised. I would not recommend this hotel.

City hotel, with top location in the centre with all shops. The hop on hop off stop of the road train is approx. 150 m walking distance. The staff at the reception was kind and helpful with rooms and car parking. Our room on the 7th floor was good, and the bathroom was nice refurbished. Shower over bath with perfect warm to hot water. Breakfast was good with various choices.
