The hotel is very close to the center, the breakfast is very good, I give you something that you like very much, there are 6 swimming pools, and it's a good one. Very beautiful view of Gran Lana.

The location of the hotel is great, the breakfast is great, although you always have to wait in, the bed is comfortable, but it is very hot in mid-August; the swimming pool is really messed up: small in every way. We can't take a bath.

First of all, when we asked her about driving in Granada’s restricted circulation area, Maria at the reception had a defensive and somewhat "arrogant" attitude. We just wanted to know if the hotel bill or theirs could be passed. If mediation can be requested, it reaches our claim that we enter the hotel well through the mobility restricted routing loop. We just want to know if they can tell us to solve this problem, but we get a defensive attitude and "hand washing . We appreciate the superficial cleanliness of the room and we found a used mask under the bed! It is worth mentioning that breakfast is 10 o'clock, so if they are overwhelmed, we have to queue for half an hour to get in. Workers’ general concern, except for the receptionist Maria, 10

In my 30+ years living on this planet I have honestly never stayed at a worse hotel than Ohtels San Antón in Granada. First of all the hotel is pretty expensive for such an old, outdated hotel. The interior is very old and very, very basic. Nowhere near what I consider a 4-star hotel. The shower was terrible. Very little pump pressure and the shower was located in an uncomfortable bath tub. Apart from that the shower was also very dirty (brown stains). The 2-person bed was in fact two single beds moved next to each other, with a gap in between. Not what I call a 2-person bed. But the lousy interior and crap facilities where just the least of my complaints. Deep in the night we were rudely awakened by a very loud noise, coming from outside our room, but inside the hotel. We called the reception, who told us that the noise was coming from the kitchen preparing breakfast. It was 5.30 by that time. The reception told us that the noise would stop in a few minutes, but it didn't. We complained again and they offered us to move to another room. WHO ON EARTH WANTS TO PACK THEIR BAGS AND MOVE ROOMS AT 5.45 IN THE NIGHT?? We refused and decided to file a complaint the next morning. As we did. Hotel manager J. GONZALEZ spoke to us and apologized for the crappy night we had. He promised us to give us a full refund, which we truly appreciated. But little did we know..... Now almost 2 months later Mr J. GONZALEZ says he was not working that day, and he never met us. Scumbag J. GONZALEZ even gave us his business card, which we kept as proof. J. GONZALEZ refuses to refund the hotel costs and is a first class unreliable liar who you should never trust. There are plenty of decent hotels in Granada so please look somewhere else in town. Your stay will be horrendous and if you complain the scumbag manager J. GONZALEZ will lie to you without blinking an eye. Shame on you Mr. J. GONZALEZ, I know you are reading this.

Hotel is located at The Congress Centre so slightly off patch for main Granada Attractions . However this is reflected in the price and it does offer great value. There was a queue at check in but this was managed well and staff were delightful- so helpful and friendly. This is a big hotel and does have a corporate feel. The bedrooms are now a little dated but my room had been repainted and was freshened. I had a suite which was enormous!- separate lounge in addition to seating area in bedroom- seating are in bedroom was in a circular floor to ceiling glazed area which was fab ! The lounge had a sofa bed and so this room would be ideal for families. Breakfast was good. Wide selection of things to suit everyone. A good start to the day. The roof top bar - open from 4pm- was brilliant. Amazing views. Again, delightful staff - who were very busy but remained professional and efficient. It does get very busy up there as non residents of hotel are also allowed in. My previous experience of Ohtels was in La Linea which was not particularly good. This hotel is managed very proficiently and has delightful staff.

We went to the rooftop terrace to have a drink. My friend went to the bathroom and I ordered from the barman without a problem. Five minutes later I was still there waiting and my friend arrived back, the waiter said he had ‘no idea’ wen he’d be able to actually serve us because there was a table of four (behind me at the bar) he had to serve first. I asked - ok , in 5 minutes? He said no idea. I said ,ok an estimate, 10 minutes? He said maybe 15 or 30 minutes. I don’t know, but to us it seemed like because they were Spanish and we are not he was being prejudiced. I’m 11 years in Spain and I’ve been to this rooftop a few times - but never again. He made us feel awful.

When checking on ***********, this hotel got around an 8.2, so not bad. But looking at trip advisor before i booked it was 3.5 rating, and that is more the true rating. Let's start with the good points:- The hotel front of house staff are really friendly and helpful The hotels got a gym (very good size for hotel standards) Outdoor rooftop pool (which is great in the peak of season for Granada The needs improvements:- Breakfast, main issues, out of date yogurts, breakfast staff did not seem to care like the front of house staff. This included dirty tables, food debris on floor, marked plates in the clean section. I work in food safety, so kept away from anything that would be me issues. Also i told the staff in the breakfast area the hand sanitiser was empty. they did not re-fill it during my time at breakfast that day, that is really poor and unacceptable with the issues we have today. If honest, even though some things were good, i would not stay or recommend this hotel.
