We had a very good stay on this appartement, with wonderful views of the Plaza Nueva and the Torre de La Vela de la Alcazaba. The receptionist was very friendly, bur at times a little bit to talkative and over explaining things. Making them more complicated than necessary. The parking garage, for instance. As you are in the middle of a busy Dreure, you can expect a lot nog noise and busyness. Do be aware of that. My only negative point of feedback is the bedding: the beds were to hard and the pillows too soft. Also, there’s music playing in the corridors all day and night. Not a nuisance for us, as we could not hear it in our bedrooms. But still you’d expect the music to be switched of during the ‘quite time’, were guests are expected to be quite.

I would have given a 5star review as the room/building is very nice and location is great but the service was poor. They advertise that the reception is open from 9am to 9pm and also told us this at check-in. We needed to leave and get our parking validated by 9.20am to go to the appointment. There was no one on reception and we called many times and sent a WhatsApp but no answer. Finally my wife got through after about 10mins but they said the reception would only be manned from 10am. This cost us an extra 20euros in parking as well as delaying us.

La atención es buena, mucha amabilidad, típica de Granada (excepto taxistas)... A ver, en mi habitación la tele no funcionaba; es verdad que no dije nada porque tampoco la veo, y luego, al estar tan céntrico, calles estrechas, bares... si quieres descansar, a partir de la 1 que ya han cerrado y recogido; cerrando las ventanas solucionas algo; así que creo que repetiré, pero más entrado el invierno. Sí es cierto que es el sitio ideal para conocer lo mejor de Granada, lo tienes a un paso. Cocina con cafetera de cápsulas (incluidas café con y sin cafeína),y galletitas, botella grande de agua Solán de Cabras, .Rollo de papel, Azúcar y sal, lavavajillas, lavadora, tendedero, baño con botecitos de gel, pastillas de jabón de manos (pequeñas, pero suficiente para unos días), secador, toallas, papel higiénico... camas muy cómodas, asi como el sofá, tele en el comedor... en general, muy completo, muy limpio, y muy cómodo

Top-Zimmer in zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der Lage kann man die Innenstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten samt Allhambra wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden. Ein paar Schwachpunkte: (1) die Rezeption ist sehr klein. Wenn andere Gäste ein-/auschecken oder ein Anliegen haben, muss man Geduld mitbringen und warten; (2) das nächste Parkhaus ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Bei Anreise mit Gepäck und Leihwagen, ist das nicht sonderlich einfach.

Bom estado de conservação . Cozinha equipada, nomeadamente lavar louça. Resto do quarto com uma cama grande e um sofá cama. Muito bem localizado, junto de bares e restaurantes. Na semana santa, a procissão passa em frente ao hotel. Pessoal muito simpático. Processo simples para o check in

Muy buen apartamento, muy cómodo, bien equipado con todo lo necesario y muy bien ubicado. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial.. El único inconveniente fue que me enviaron por correo de Booking un link para hacer el checkin online, pero no funcionaba y no lo pude hacer. Cuando llegue al apartamento no tenía la clave para entrar, toque varias veces el timbre de recepción y nadie respondía, por suerte al rato llegó un huesped que sí tenía el código y me permitió entrar, una vez en recepción me hicieron el checkin sin problemas.

Apartamento totalmente amueblado y bien decorado, zona ruidosa de por si, estuvimos en el ático, no llega el ascensor hasta el apartamento. Muy caluroso, hay que dormir con el aire puesto, el colchón muy duro, demasiado incomodo. El ruido de las calles de marcha llega al dormitorio.

Esta muy bien ubicado, pues esta en la plaza nueva que es el punto de partida para ir a la alambra, rodeado de buenos restaurantes y sobre la via principal, el hotel es limpio, ordeno y con muy buen servicio. Las camas son cómodas y los espacios amplios.

Alojarnos en Bibo Suites fue una sorpresa mucho mejor de lo esperada. Absolutamente limpio, pulcro, impecable. Decía que era cerca de la Catedral, pero nunca imaginamos que TAN cerca. A 10 metros. Nos sentamos a tomar un vino en la terraza (tiene dos terrazas y la vista es increíble), para deternos en los detalles edilicios De la Iglesia y de la ciudad. A 800 metros de la Alhambra y en pleno centro. Todos los detalles cuidados. El alojamiento super cómodo. De volver a Granada, seguir nos alojaremos de nuevo acá. Un placer.
