Well located near downtown, great restaurants near by. Reception staff were helpful and kind. The place has an old design but kept quite clean.

The hotel is very nice, cheap and good value for money. The location of the hotel is good, the main attractions can be reached on foot. The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, and the front desk service is friendly. recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Save your time and money look somewhere else! Small and dirty rooms with tiny rooms. We were obligated by tour company to stay here in stinky rooms. Good luck to air out your room because the tiny window opens up onto small center of the building with sewer odor that makes room smell worst. I will never stay here if it is up to me. Very outdated. Scary noisy elevators to ride. Takes only 2 star for location!

Clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced hotel. Reception staff helpful with information and street map of the city. The following are all within walking distance of this lovely hotel, the Granada cathedral, Basilica and Monasterio de San Jerónimo and not too far from the Alhambra. The bar man deserves a mention, not only very friendly and helpful, but also very entertaining and funny. With our drinks we had the usual small bowl of nuts, but when we finished them he returned with a small bowl of jellytots! Lol. Our room was on the seventh floor (no problem there is a lift.) We were in the middle of the hotel with frosted windows as outside was the courtyard with other rooms facing. But, a room with a view was not needed after a busy day in Granada all you want is a bath and sleep! I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Although it was an average hotel, I would definitely go again because of the location. The hotel is very near to the center & there is a nice public garden besides it. It`s located right on the street where you can take the bus wherever you wanna go. The room is clean yes, but very small with no view or balcony. The bathroom needs renovations but it`s clean. The breakfast buffet was very limited, but it was okay.
Response from Property: Dear guest, We feel honored by your visit and at the same time we appreciate your comments, which we take into consideration. Satisfied that you liked the central location, facilities and service offered. Let you know that we do have some rooms with a terrace that if we had known we could have offered you. We look forward to welcoming you again and at the same time we send you a our greeting, Raul Carrillo/ hotel manager

The worst hotel that I experienced.. Room small, smells, bed creek and saggy. Floor is dirty. I think, all the words used are enough description for this hotel. Good luck if you are on tour and stayed in this hotel after travel on a bus for long hours and went walking for long distance

My husband and I stayed in the Macia Condor for 3 nights on a group tour of Granada. It is fair to say that everyone was a bit disappointed in their rooms on arrival. Whilst the public areas have been upgraded the rooms are very tired and not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Our room was a reasonable size with a frosted window overlooking a brick internal courtyard - so no sunshine or view although the upside was no road noise which was an issue for others. The room was clean and beds reasonably comfortable. There were a few issues with our room - the toilet was wedged into the corner of the bathroom which was awkward to use, the shower didn’t work properly with water not completely diverting to the shower and my bedside light didn’t switch off completely, glowing a little at night. My bed pointed straight at the door which felt a little strange and light came in all round the door frame. We were lucky to have three plugs, in one location, but no tea/coffee facilities. Aircon was fine if perhaps a bit noisy. Breakfast was decidedly average. Location was ok - few shops and restaurants around, lovely park a few doors along. Old town was about 20 minutes walk.

this was a nice hotel.. hotel check in was fast, and a nice selection of hot and cold for breakfast. Beside a lovely park that does a water show at night and maybe a 10 or 15 minute walk to the downtown. The little lounge is nice and the barman is super.
Response from Property: Dear Boo Thank you very much for choosing us in your visit to Granada. We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you again for your comment to our staff. We hope to see you soon. Best Regards Víctor Camarero / Head of Reception

Stayed here in Mar 22 just for one night. Decided to book a single room since i was just visiting for a sight seeing and will be away the whole day till next early morning train. Single room: Room size seems pretty befitting the single room except no space to lay out the luggage. Toilet was good sized. Wardrobe was also good sized. Small table and TV attached to the wall which you have to turn at an angle to view. Generally clean. Room has no kettle or cups. When i asked for a coffee cup/mug, they offered a glass with no handles mug or an espresso cup...well at least there was a cup finally. Bed: Super soft in the middle that is supposed to support the lumbar area. I had to fold some towels to sleep on top else will be sleeping in a "V" shape and certainly will cause backache problems the next day. Door of room: It is a physical key and knob old style door locking system so you MUST remember to press the know to lock the door. This part i did not particularly feel secure. Heater: Main big concern was that the heater was not working or no heater and so it was a very cold night's sleep. For reasons together with others, i was not well the next day as the cold exacerbated the tired physical body. Distance from Granada Train station: Not far maybe about 4/5 mins distance BUT if you have a luggage then it's a bit more also noting there are some slopes along the way. It's about a 10 minutes walk to the main eatery areas. Hotel overall: Feels homely and kind of dated yet cosy. The main hotel entrance is locked in the wee hours of the morning. Guess it's for security purposes. Hotel Reception: A lady served me and she was nice and also allowed me earlier check in so that i could put my luggage and get ready for my sightseeing trip. Housekeeping: Super noisy...haha...guess this is quite synonymous with most of such hotels. Hotel room soundproofing: None at all as i could hear the constant coughing and sneezing from neighbours of different rooms through the night. Hotel is ok if not for the bed issue(major), heater issue (major), door locking system, noise transmissions from other rooms and housekeeping noises.
Response from Property: Dear Steve, We thank you very much for your visit and valuables comments. Single room it is a little bit smaller than a double room but you have got same facilities than others rooms. The mattresses of the beds have a medium hardness. Room door is provided of a physical key but it is completely secure. Yo do not have to lock from inside as no one can open the door for outside the room. There is a central eating sistem, if something were wrong we would like to be inform to provide a inmediately a solution. Regards, Raúl Carrillo/ hotel manager

I found this hotel provided everything that we needed. Its location is ideal to get around Granada. It is on the main road that runs between the railway station and the city center. We had a room on the top floor which had a lovely big balcony giving views across the city. Access to the car park below the hotel is difficult and I was grateful for the assistance of one of the hotel staff. There are coffee shops nearby to get breakfast if you do not use the hotel. I would use this hotel again.
Response from Property: Dear Roy Thank you so much for this great score and for his comment about our personal. We are very glad taht you enjoyed the great views from the terrace. We hope to see you soon. Best Regards Víctor Camarero / Head of Reception

The hotel is very close to the Ave station and about 15 minutes from the center. The rooms are very clean and what I like most is the treatment of the staff, especially the treatment of Diego Perez who works at the reception, a professional and always correct and friendly. I go once a month and I will continue. Thank you
