We stayed here in November over a weekend are were incredibly impressed. The location is perfect for exploring Grenada - you're right in the middle of old town and an easy walk to everything. The hotel has recently be refurbished and everything is beautifully presented. The staff were very helpful and the check-in super smooth. The electronic locks on the apartment doors meant we didn't need to worry about forgetting our keys, which was great for us. The apartment itself was really well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need, there was a TV with lots of channels, there were really nice toiletries supplied and plenty of very soft towels. The bed was so comfortable - we slept wonderfully. We cannot recommend this place enough and we would not hesitate to book this hotel again next time - it was perfect for us!

I absolutely adored this apartment hotel!🌟 We stayed in a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous living room + kitchen with everything you need. Two big bedrooms, one of them absolutely huge with a mesmerizing bathroom. Both bathrooms are amazing in different ways: The eye for interior design, style and beauty is evident throughout the whole building and the apartment. It felt at home and cozy as well. The hotel was quiet and I slept well as the living room balcony is out towards a great view and a calm, quiet and very atmospheric walking street next to a small river. Sunlight, great service, amazing resturants and breakfast places one minute walk from the hotel. You also have restaurants just some minutes walking with an absolutely incredibly view of Alhambra and the rest of the city and lush green hills and landscapes. Lastly - a great Hamam spa 5’ walk. It was the most beautiful spa I’ve been to. 👌 Highly recommended, 10/10! ✨

Our stay was absolutely amazing. This beautiful Palace has a very unique architectural design with a modern twist. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean with all the amenities. It is within walking distance to Alhambra Palace and to the city center. Our hosts Olga and Miguel are very kind. Will definitely return again.

Perhaps not all of you reading this will arrive at El Ladron de Agua Palacete in a state of sweaty discombobulation, having somehow lost your glasses in the past hour. But if, like us, you do, rest assured that the above-and-beyond ministrations of Olga and Miguel will solve all problems. (The glasses were located, retrieved and delivered to us by our hosts the next day!) First, we were wowed by the initial view of the marble courtyard and central fountain of this lodging (now an apartment, rather than a hotel after some fabulous renovation). Beautiful poetry lines the courtyard walls. Secondly, we were greeted warmly---no, more like long lost relatives—by Olga and Miguel. Our lodging was the penthouse which was sumptuous. A handsome bathroom, nice bedroom and large, beautifully furnished living room/dining room/kitchen area. Out the window and up the hill stands the Alhambra, imposing and iconic at every time of day. The kitchen was well-stocked with every pot and utensil one might need for real cooking (we only made breakfast but could have done more if we wished). More standard services, like recommending restaurants and helping us navigate a complicated city, were also cheerfully performed. We knew how to reach our hosts should we need them in off hours. There was a day-long (and part of the night) celebration while we were there. Closing the double-glazed windows eliminated almost all the street sounds. And when it was time for us to (reluctantly) depart after three nights, our hosts not only advised us on the best place to get a cab that could go directly to the train station without circumnavigating the city, but rolled our suitcases there and sent us off with unforgettable memories. We cannot imagine you’ll find a lovelier place to stay or more service-oriented hosts.

Tout est excellent vraiment digne d’un service 5 étoiles Nous sommes habitués aux hôtels 5 étoiles et à des établissements de haut de gamme, cet établissement n’a rien à envier à ceux là Le charme, l’architecture et la décoration avec beaucoup de goût tout en respectant le charme et le style locaux, services et confort maximal Les hôtes très accueillant et professionnels Localisation excellente au centre de tout et avec une vue directe sur l’alhambra. Près de tout, sites, places, restaurants, transports publics et taxis. Petites attentions, même les chaussons de bains, bouteilles d’eau et en plus ils ont eu la délicatesse de nous upgrader pour que nos 2 fils âgés de 17 et 20 ans soient confortables. Je recommendrai volontairement à nos amis et à tous ceux dont le logement fait partie intégrale de leur voyage. Merci encore

Estimados Olga y Miguel, quiero agradecerles la excepcional atención y hospitalidad con que fui acogida por ustedes en el bello Aparta-Hotel “EL LADRÓN DE AGUA “ Gracias por su dedicación continua orientándome y ayudándome a concretar a donde ir a conocer para disfrutar . Sin duda recomiendo a cualquier viajero solo , acompañado o en familia hospedarse en EL LADRON DEL AGUA , primero por la generosidad de ustedes Olga y Miguel en la atención. Luego por su ubicación perfecta, excelente e inolvidable a los pies de la bella Alhambra arrullada por el sonido del agua de un pequeño río que pasa por el frente. También lo lindo, amplio, limpio y acogedor del apartamento. Todo en su lugar correcto donde no hace falta nada por qué su equipamiento es completo . EL LADRON DE AGUA , tiene una bella historia , con la que todos pueden disfrutar en su pagina de presentación. Se lo recomiendo. Es una grata experiencia para vivir de primera mano. Como si lo anterior fuera poco lo que ustedes hicieron por mi confort al sacrificar tiempo de su descanso dominical y haber tenido que madrugar para llevarme a mi y al equipaje incluso hasta la puerta del tren no tiene precio . MARAVILLOSO es la palabra que describe este lugar, sin duda volveré a Granada tierra soñada y a este mismo alojamiento un lugar para soñar y recordar siempre Acogedor, limpio y con todo lujo de detalles han hecho que nuestra estancia sea inolvidable Quiero dar las gracias a sus anfitriones que con su amabilidad, empatia y en armonía con el lugar nos han hecho sentir cuidados y mimados. La estancia ha sido increíble. La situación y el lugar son increíbles. Cómodo, limpio y con todos los detalles, Pero sin lugar a dudas lo mejor nuestros anfitriones Olga y Miguel , cordiales y amables siempre dispuestos a hacer que te encuentres cómodo. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo.
