There’s no escalator to go upstairs so if you have large/many luggages, mind to request for help in advance. The host is very helpful and accommodating. Location is great!

Clean well laid out room. Close to centre and the Alhambra

This hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The room was disgustingly filthy, with questionable stains and a lingering odor I couldn't identify. Sleep was impossible due to the constant noise from both inside and outside the hotel. To top it off, the staff acted as if my concerns were a personal inconvenience to them, displaying a level of rudeness I've rarely encountered. This place single-handedly ruined a significant portion of my trip, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the misery and book elsewhere.

My stay was great! Easy check-in and very nice staff. Everything you could need is provided! The best part of the stay would definitely be the location, such an optimal location. Short walk to Alhambra, the market place, cathedral, and the bus stop. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodations right at the Placa Neuva, a central hub for many tour groups, restaurants, and shops. Perfect spot to stay in Granada. Incredible location and our room had an incredible view of the mountains and the plaza. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
