We stayed here for a golf tournament close by. It's location is great for enjoying Granbury and the area towns. The dining room was cleaned and majority of the staff was very friendly.

The 2nd floor where we stayed smelled like a stinky locker room. The paint was peeling in the room and the tub was rusted, ********** on the floor from the previous guests. The room shared a wall with the elevator which made loud knocking noises all through the night. The carpet was sticky and in need of a good cleaning. The air unit in the room wouldn’t keep a consistent temperature.

The air conditioner made a loud screeching noise the whole stay and I was charged twice for my stay. Hopefully one of the charges will “drop off” and I won’t have to call. Not sure why but the whole place smells musky. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price in the area everything else was outrageously expensive

The "breakfast" was inferior! Poor selection, inadequate utensils, and they "cut" off service randomly! The only negative issue was this. Great otherwise.

They didn’t have the accessible room we reserved. They only had one with a sauna that we didn’t want and charged us extra.

Great place to stay! SUPER friendly staff, rooms were clean, new, and very modern. Nice free continental breakfast as well.
I don’t really do reviews, but I felt this hotel deserved to be recognized!

This room was fine, but not very clean at all. They are now under new management, & only clean the rooms every 3 days (there is actually a sign posted in the lobby about this). It was gross…. I hated going into the bathroom.
On the plus side, you had complete control of the AC all night long.
