First time staying at Hotel Castel, things went very well room was clean and very comfortable. Had dinner in the Pub food, service & drinks were excellent.

We came across many hotels to book our first night on our honeymoon and we chose that one so we could spend the day around the pool jacuzzi spa and recreation center
The water in the shower was so weak we asked to change the room they said they could send a technician from maintenance it was 10 pm
The pool our main attraction is closed
The jacuzzi is outdoor in freezing weather and indoor also got closed since covid
Despite the site indicates all ticked in green
We travelled 100 I'm for this and we were planning to extend our stay now we need to look elsewhere and book another hotel
And we can't get a decent price for our flight asap from Yul to Cai and return after mid-January

Shower had mold around caulking and shower head came off during a morning shower. rooms are due for an upgrade, The decor is very dated.

They were friendly and very helpful. I will be very happy spoke bilingual. I was a little rusty on my French. the rooms were very clean and the bed were very comfortables. If I return to Granby would definitely stay at Castel.

No tea or milk for the lonely 2 coffee capsules in the room. Only 1 bottle of shampoo for three people and were told dining was full however from outside the window many empty table

I booked this hotel through ********** en-route from Bangor ME to Trenton ON. This was the highlight of our trip. Castel is a premium hotel with first-class amenities for the traveler. It has everything one would need: Great accommodation; a pool; gourmet restaurant; casual pub bar; and a breakfast restaurant.

Very nice hotel for a very low price. The lobby created a great first impression, warm, cozy and modern looking. Check-in was easy and the staff were very cordial. The elevator is a little old but functions perfectly. We arrived at our room and there was a slight smell of mildew but it was not so strong that we had to change rooms. The room itself was nice and clean, no carpeting was a bonus! The shower was very nice and accommodated my husband well even at his 6'6" height. The bed was a little small and felt more like a double than a queen-size. It was a little firm for my liking but was comfortable enough for our one-night stay. We were very content with the accommodations in general.

For the price i paid the upgrade room.. the king size bed was pretty firm.. didint sleep well didint feel relax for my 10h drive j had to do next day it was a awful drive back home without much sleep.
