Bright Angel Lodge – Inside the Park

The front office gentleman seemed very inpatient. He kept repeating the same request of my photo ID which was at the bottom of my bag . It didn’t take long for me to dig it out but it gave me a very unfriendly feeling. Plus at that moment we were the only one there for checking in.

The room was small though the bed was comfortable. Located very near to the rim and Bright Angle Trail. But the price is too expensive. You can easily access to this location with the free shuttle bus service. When we were there, we found out that their restaurant/cafe was closed due to power outage. We were not informed of this in advance. We had to search for food elsewhere and the choices were limited. It was so frustrating.

Great hotel by the Grand Canyon, Arizona. It is just beside the Rim Trail, which offers great views of the canyon just minutes from the cabin. Checkin process was smooth and easy. Cabins are cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended for couples!

We had a wonderful experience at Bright Angel Lodge and will definitely stay here again!  The location is excellent and our cabin was clean and comfortable.  We also found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful

Good location with Grand Canyon view behind the lodge. Room is not big, bed is not so comfy and pillow is very soft (for me), shower is average. Considering all these factors, the room price is very expensive.

Nice small room in the national park - right by the rim of the canyon. Food can be bought on site and a fridge so you can bring your own if you want, but no cafeteria area.

The room was well kept and clean. We did have a plumbing issue that required two requests before it was fixed. Location is excellent for sightseeing, eating, and walking trails. Scenic views right outside our door!busses are very convenient. Parking is a problem if you arrive near sunset hours since it's open to the public.

As everyone has said, the location is great! Our room was a 30 second walk from the rim. It's a couple of minutes walk from both red and blue shuttle bus stops. Rooms are decent size with a small fridge, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours as if they were in the room with you. Parking is convenient but very competitive. They have a small shop with souvenirs, gear and snacks.
