Americinn by Wyndham Appleton Downtown

Everything was great food and service was great. Except for running out of towels in pool area

Comfortable stay before morning flight. Good breakfast offerings. Nice pool area with hot tub.

When we went to the room they gave us we realized that someone else was already in the room. We had to go back to the counter and ask for a new room. Kind of inconvenient especially after a long day of travel. I have no idea if we got the type of room that we paid for, but it was relatively clean. Bath stopper didn’t really work properly, and the pool seemed nice but needed to be repainted. Overall we are likely not to stay here again. The price was right, and was a relatively comfortable room, but things here should be updated and kept a little better in order to receive a 3-star review.

I has even pool you can play it’s about 1.5$ in quaters per game But it’s great right at a swi pool area .

Our room was very dirty, the bed was hard as a rock, and when we arrived to our room the door wasn't even shut. That is because the door sticks so bad you have to pull it hard to shut it. The pool area was nice. It was just my 10 year old son and I that stayed for 5 days. Very disappointed and would not stay again

This is a really nice hotel, especially for the price. It appears a little obscure from the outside, but inside is great. It looks like it was recently renovated (early 2026), new carpet, fresh paint. The common areas were clean and neat, my room also had newer carpet, furniture and the bathroom was modernized. The large pool is great, gives almost a tropical feel with the seating around it, and is great for kids. Staff is nice and helpful, checking in and out was super quick. There is a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel, I did not use it but seemed nice and convenient. Definitely recommend!

The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink.

Didn’t use pool, but was a great looking experience by all, room clean, breakfast was ok. Will book again.
