It was a perfect place to stay to visit our family member at Raybrook Senior living . We could walk over to visit.
The only issue we had was with kids running and cannonball jumping into the hot tub while we were trying to enjoy it. That totally ruined the relaxing time of the stay.They were in the pool area from the time we checked in until closing time of the pool.

I stayed at this hotel for a day and was very impressed with the overall look and cleanliness the place is beautiful and well maintained. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby, which made exploring the area very convenient.
However, the service at the front desk could use some improvement. I found the staff lacking in customer service skills, which took away from an otherwise great experience.
With better front desk service, this would be a top-tier stay.
