Our stay was good, only picky complaints - the pool was a little cold and the breakfast options were limited.

No furniture to enjoy a group conversation. Hide a bed was not made up. Needed extra blanket.
Attendants at the check in and out desk were superior.
The attendant for breakfast seemed to be out of numerous options and was curt with questions.

Amazing hotel. Our room had a kitchen with all the amenities including a toaster, plates, silverware and a full size refrigerator. The king size bed was so comfortable. The room was very clean with plenty of towels. Our kids loved the pool and towels were provided. The gym has a peloton and free weights. There are walking distance restaurants which was convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My kids love the waffles from the breakfast bar. There was plenty of coffee, juices and teas provided with flavored creamers.

The snack area was quite bare, not much stocked for purchase. The bed was uncomfortable and every step, phone, voice, etc.. can be heard from all directions. Very noisy

Rooms were spacious, we had a small issue with the toilet, staff responded quickly to resolve. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Hotel is located close to Cannonsburg ski area. So very convenient. Close to shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Would stay here again
