Rough exterior. The dining room table only had three chairs and we had 8 people. No blankets for the pull out couch. All extra pillows did not have cases. Couldn’t find any utensils or plates until we looked in the dishwasher but they were at least clean. Luckily we only needed this place to sleep.

This was a good location Grand Rapids for walkability. Parking was always available on street.

Poor communication, terrible location
This property is a duplex, not a free standing home. The neighboring unit is in poor condition, run down and an eye sore. The unit itself was not pictured in the description of the property. I take responsibility for choosing a property without seeing the outside. It should have tipped me off that it wasn’t offered. The inside of the property is dingy, dank, musty. It didn’t appear to be clean. The location was threatening. We did not feel safe, therefore did not stay the night. I entered the property, looked around, then chose not to stay.
