Nice little hotel
Nice hotel! Wish we were able to use the pool. Maybe next time. Hotel room was pretty clean, except we had to call down for whole new bed sheets. Our had stains on them. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Great outdoor pool, hot tub & pergola area!
We stayed in a king studio which had a kitchen and living space - great room! The outdoor hot tub and pool is a beautiful spot to hang out after a day of traveling. This is why I booked here as it was the only hotel in the area with outdoor pool & hot tub. Breakfast was average. The only thing that did not meet our expectations was our room smelled like Chinese food and the front desk did not have anything to get rid of it.

The hotel is nice and in a good, convenient location. Although it rained the day we were there, the outside pool and area looked very nice. Amble parking, and the check in was quick and friendly. The room that we had, 143, a King suite with separate bedroom, was spacious with comfortable beds and sitting area. However, both of the phones were broke, there was only one small trash can in the living area, and the bathroom was not clean. The paint on the door of the bathroom was pealing and there was some brown substance (hoping it wasn't fecal matter) on the inside of the door.
The "dinner" that they served that night was very basic at best and the breakfast was not good at all. They did have plenty of coffee, tea, juices and soft drinks available. All in all, our stay was ok and we would probably give it another try.

Staff was a bit stand off-ish, asked if we could keep our 3 bags behind the check in desk to avoid being in a locked car in a heat wave, but lady at the desk seemed a little put out at the idea, gave no eye contact, wasn't friendly at all. Also, rooms were a bit dated, stained carpets, the options for breakfast were limited compared to other hotels. Also wanted to buy from the pantry after dinner (dessert for kids) but after waiting 15 min no one showed at the desk, so we just went back to the room. Wont be staying here again, esp with 20 other better options in a mile radius.

Perfect
Very friendly staff was the first thing we noticed. The building itself had beautiful stonework throughout making it feel more grand. Pool & Hot tub were amazing.
Free breakfast was awesome. Great selections (even included pop, if you’re into that). Room was huge with a full kitchen.

We have been to this property before it’s close to one of our relatives that we came to visit we like how close it is to his house and where he works so we can see him there.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We had water dripping through our ceiling and a refrigerator that was running all night long. Uncontrollable noise with no Manager on staff or security. We were supposed to be able to have breakfast and the little kids were sticking their hands in all of the food and putting the top of the bottles in their mouth.. When contacting the Manager annd Corporate they refused to reimburse us or offer any other type of compensation. It is absolutely disgusting and I would highly recommend finding a different hotel.

No ice machine or ice in your room outdoor pool staff is very rude. My room stunk like fish. It had such a bad thing to it and they would not give me a new room. Hotel was clean and nice but other than that the amenities stink here
