Hyatt Place Dallas Grapevine Reviews

Good location 10min drive from DFW airport and 2 min walking to the grapevine mills shopping mall. Large room with sectional sofa, studio, bed and bathroom. Very nice breakfast. The only negative aspect is the airport pickup: nobody from the hotel picked up my phone call from the airport, I called for 30min no answer, so I had to take a taxi.

Front desk aren’t very friendly and helpful! Room air conditioner is like a tractor! It was so noisy (automatic) and everytime it runs you will wake up of the noise. Overall location was good very close to airport and with mall to walk around! Gladly I stayed only overnight.

Very good, super cost-effective, with drop-off service. Breakfast is average.

Just near the airport, very convenient, clean and tidy, cost-effective. The only downside is that the breakfast is as simple as other convenient hotels, but it is too simple, not even sausage, scrambled eggs or anything.

Very satisfied.
