Exceeded expectations for the price! The room was huge. We booked a room with a kitchen, two TVs, and a balcony facing the lake. It was also very quiet – truly amazing, highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience at The Residence Inn. The king suite was spacious, and included a fully equipped kitchen. We were visiting family and we’re able to have them over to our room to visit and it worked like it’s own apartment. The breakfast each morning was fantastic- a wide variety of hot/ cold food and beverages. The facilities were well kept and we took advantage of the pool, laundry facilities (which were cheaper than the town laundromat) and the gym. The staff were friendly and attentive and made the trip that much better. We’ll definitely be staying again!

Not bad but the price is too high for an old 3star hotel, even non-busy Feb period.

Water is potable here so they don't serve bottled water, plus for sustainability too. Breakfast is delightful and you prepare your own waffles. Staffs are friendly. Simply lovely to relax by the lake, away from the bustling city.

This hotel has a fantastic location, right on the lake, just a few minutes' walk from the pier and boardwalk. The scenery is stunning! The rooms are spacious and clean, with kitchen facilities, making them perfect for families or overnight stays on a road trip. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a great value and comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ✨

The room was spacious, but the bathroom was accessible. The shower area wasn't blocked, so water accumulated after each shower, which was very inconvenient. The water supply from the upper floor was routed through the bathroom, making every flush and shower loud. The dishwasher still had unwashed cups and dishes from the previous occupant. The breakfast was mediocre, and food was often not replenished on time.

The hotel is in a great location, facing the lake. The Steam Ship and Dock restaurants are both within easy walking distance. Breakfast was average; although it was a buffet, there wasn't much choice.

The hotel is in a great location, by the lake, and there is a small plank road that takes you up to a high place to overlook the lake. The hotel facilities are also good. The room is relatively large, with a small kitchen and complete facilities.

The room is big and the breakfast is OK. The decoration is old European and American style. I didn't go around because I was passing by and stayed for one night. The environment looks very good.
