Travelodge Thurrock Lakeside

Lisa, jazz and dawn have made staying away a great experience. Have stayed here for months and usually would not recommend a travelodge but the ladies here have made staying away a pleasure. You are made to feel very welcome. And all the facilities are top notch.

Dawn, Jaz, Joanna, Lorretta, Taylar, Lisa, Trainee, Chantelle and Fatima are brilliant highly recommend staying. Never had such a laugh, would rather stay and have a pint in the lobby then go back to my room! Brilliant team, all deserve pay rises.

Receptionists play a vital role for me, and Chantelle went above and beyond, creating an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Her exceptional service exceeded my expectations, and I'm truly grateful. Additionally, the rooms were exceptionally comfortable, and the food was delightful. A truly memorable experience overall.

Nice location, quiet and convenient as Lakeside shopping centre and all the retail parks are just across the road. Parking is convenient, right in front the hotel and the door to reception is a few steps away. Very easy to find on the satnav. Everything was easy and very convenient for a good price. Friendly staff, Lisa stood out the most for us, very helpful - would stay again.

Spoilt for choice with an extremely vast selection of hot and cold, Great value for money , the staff cannot do enough to make you comfortable, especially Skye .❤️ Would highly recommend to anyone have Skye's breakfast, you won't regret it.

We had a very comfortable stay, excellent value for money, the shower was lovely and the breakfast was of a good quality and the breakfast manager Sky was very friendly and helpful. Apart from the loud noise of boy racers doing donuts and thrashing their cars close by late at night, all in all it was well worth the money.

Everything I expected is what I got from the hotel and the staff are amazed, Bosede. She really prove her professionalism in attending to customers. Am impressed with her help this morning . I give her the thumbs up and excellent service in her job.

Brilliant staff cosy nights sleep and food is absolutely divine can't fault anything with my stay the staff are always friendly polite helpful etc I don't want to go home if I could I'd stay longer but unfortunately it's time to leave the hotel and go back to reality

Larrette and jasmine did a fantastic job with checking us in we come from Mother hubbards as we are opening a new shop in the shopping centre and they made us feel so comfortable down here as we are from Bradford both of them running around cleaning everyday cooking everyone food never seen any staff in travel lodge as friendly as them as I have been all over the country and stayed in many Thankyou so much amazing travels
