Stayed at the Premier Inn in Telford and had a really positive experience overall. Parking is worth noting — there’s no on-site parking at the hotel, however the nearby multi-storey car park is only about a two-minute walk away. As long as you register your vehicle at the hotel, it’s just £3 for overnight parking, which is very reasonable for such a central location. The shopping centre close by was a really nice surprise, with a large number of well-known high street shops. It was very clean, tidy, and had plenty of options. The hotel itself was spotless. Check-in was quick and easy using the electronic system, with staff on hand who were friendly and helpful if needed. The room was compact but well laid out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We booked a meal deal that included both an evening meal and breakfast, which offered great value. The food was enjoyable and satisfying. One small issue — we asked for extra Coke during dinner, but it never arrived as the waitress seemed to forget. Not a huge problem, but worth noting. The overnight stay was very comfortable, and we slept well. Breakfast the next morning was buffet-style and all-you-can-eat. There was a wide range of options, and the food was very good — a great start to the day. Overall, excellent value for money and a very convenient place to stay. Would definitely stay again.
