The transportation is convenient, and it is very convenient to take the train to Flushing and Manhattan.

The hotel is relatively old, with the railway behind it, and trains to and from Manhattan are relatively frequent, but fortunately the soundproofing is pretty good and there is not much noise. The valet parking guy was very nice and handsome.

Our air in our room only blew hot air and it was hot in there. The hotel staff did not seem concerned about the complaint. They were bothered by requests to get ice (there isn't a self-serve ice machine) and the nighttime bartender on our last night was very rude. The hotel itself is very nice and clean and the rooms are very spacious. I think the customer service could have been better.

The room size was great! My wife loved the bath!! It was a bit hot in the room (75 degrees) and in the hotel, but we turned the AC on!

The property could use some renovations and cleaning. Shower ceiling was peeling. The upholstered chairs in dining area need to be cleaned as well.
