The Lyndhurst Guest House

Really nice cozy room, good location

Helpful staff. Sorted out parking. Table broken in room. Shower no pressure, dribbled out. Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed. Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed.

The keyless access was useful. The room was tired and very dated. The balcony was shared/ accessible by the room next door. The bed was in need of a newer mattress and pillows. The shower was very weak and the sink was hard to use due to the cabinet above. No towel changes in 3 nights and no staff to ask. Location was good, but that's about all.

A great room in an excellent location minutes away from the sea. It's a two minute walk to the seafront, restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc. Despite the excitement location, it's on a quiet street. Check in was simple and smooth thanks to clear instructions. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Very clean and tidy room, a bit of a sea view and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to call them any problems or questions they are very happy to help. Definitely be booking to stay there again very soon. An absolute pleasure to spend a couple of nights there. Thank you to the owner and their staff for making me feel comfortable and welcome.

Great staff, easy check in and convenient location

Room ok but tight getting past bed...shame as rest ok

Contractors only For a sea side location. I’ve stayed in better quality contractors accommodation. Plus side good clear instructions for entry.

Pleasant basic quiet room. Height of bed was low and very small basin in bathroom but good shower. Good value for money
