Absolutely disgusting!…after a day of travel, all I wanted to do was take a bath and go to sleep. But the hair in the bathtub meant no one cared enough to clean it. Absolutely disgusting! I don’t feel comfortable sleeping here, but we have no choice.

Disappointed in this hotel. Breakfast was not good. Overall cleanliness was not good. Major issue is that they were doing paving sealer the week I was here, leaving half of the parking lot closed, resulting in major parking issues. They were supposed to be done Friday, but it is now Sunday morning on the Labor Day holiday weekend, and it is still closed, and no information from Ms Jolee Jackson as to when it would be open again. Sorry, Ms Jackson, I would not stay at this hotel again.

This was the cheapest Hilton branded hotel in Green Bay for the dates I stayed. It was a typical Home2 with the typical layout, breakfast sandwiches, etc. It worked for my family. The kids slept on the sofa bed. We had to ask to get items to make that bed completely. Overall, it was a good stay. I wouldn't be against staying there again.

The room exceeded my expectations. Very clean. Lots of counterspace. Loved the kitchen with larger fridge. Very comfortable beds. I slept well. The rooms are very quiet. The only downside is the pool is small without a hot tub or sauna. I would recommend this place.

When we got to our room after a busy day we had four sheets of toilet paper on the roll. I called down to the front desk and was told that someone would bring us a roll, but it never happened. Then, I asked housekeeping who happened to be in the hallway if I could have a roll and they told me they couldn’t give me one, because they didn’t have any. Lastly, I went down to the front desk where I was told they didn’t have any and she would have to run next door and get some. Three hours later we finally got a roll of toilet paper. How does that even happen that you run out of toilet paper???? No hot tub! I’ve never been to a hotel that had a pool, but no hot tub. This hotel is definitely on the decline. I actually think this whole group of hotels is on the decline.

I like this brand from Hilton. The room was large, and for a side sleeper the bed was comfortable compared to other hotels was able to get a decent nights sleep. Was quite. Like the separation for the bed and tv viewing area without actual walls per se. The pool was rather small. Only 26 capacity, which to me is like a oversized bath tub so I did not use it. The bathroom was a bit tight. You had to move the door around to be able to use the toilet, but is made up for in the room size. Is a newer location and the staff was friendly. My only grrr moment came at breakfast. They had these omelettes, you had tongs to take them out of the "heated" I think it was heated, case, but they were refrigerator cold. I don't think that they warmed them at all. Selection was okay, nothing to write home about as they say, so that was a bit of a bummer. Liked the hot chocolate that they had available with actual mugs. Sometimes, it is the little touches that make things good. Would stay there again. Oh yes, the location was good too.

Pros - 10 minute walk to Lambeau, clean hotel and rooms, spacious room, roll down blackout screen allows no light in the room, lots of AC outlets, bathroom has a vent fan (no steamy mirror or muggy room after shower), kitchen area stocked with glasses, plates, utensils, etc with full size fridge/freezer, lots of counter and desk space, plenty of storage space, well lit bathroom Cons - very small bathroom with smallish counter (bathroom door gets in the way), very few USB plugs, noisy AC unit, no hair conditioner, breakfast VERY limited, fox news on all tvs in lobby (weather would have been more helpful)

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the suite format because if one person wanted to stay up and one wanted to sleep, the"separate" areas with the bed or couch could accommodate that with drawing the curtain and separate lighting. Also a nice kitchen.

Everything was as expected for a Hilton property. Obviously, being a Home2Suites, it's a different experience than a regular hotel. But, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, housekeeping was perfect, the room was quiet. One thing made me laugh. Although it did not affect my stay adversely, it was interesting to see that the bathroom door barely cleared the sink and toilet. Pricing was good too. Near $150 total. It's also near everything, but Green Bay isn't that big.

We stayed 9/27-9/29. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Our room included parking, which was awesome for a Packer game. (It was $20 if not staying at the hotel and they allowed tailgating in the parking lot, which still had plenty of room.) The room was clean and roomy, with a view of Lambeau. Easy and safe walking distance to Lambeau, Titletown and a few other restaurants around there. They had a large assortment for breakfast, including make your own waffles, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, cereal, etc. The breakfast server was efficient and went around at closing time asking if anyone needed anything else, before she closed down. We used points and they appreciated that we were Hilton Members. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I arrived just before 8PM and discovered my travel agent has accidentally cancelled my reservation. The hotel was sold out and so were others located near it. The front desk employee, Michael, realized there was one room that had checked out early so was vacant but dirty. He called Roxanne, who was staying at the hotel from corporate to assist with training, to see if she would clean the room. Roxanne came down at 8PM, when she was already getting ready for bed, and cleaned the room for me. This was above and beyond exceptional service. I cannot thank them enough and have never experience better service. Michael and Roxanne are rockstars and completely saved me this night. I cannot recommend this hotel and these two employees enough.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It appears to be very new, modern and clean. This will be my hotel of choice when I am traveling to this area again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot was large and safe, lots of parking near entrance.

Housekeeping came in our room at 9:30 am check out 11:00 without knocking. Then did same to our second room and my son was in bathroom. Then opened our door again not knocking to ask if we were still using room. We were on first floor and with breakfast was it noisy! Not again that’s for sure.

The rooms are nice and location is good! But can't say the same for the service. We booked special King Suite rooms for our trip to celebrate my elderly father's birthday. When we arrived we were told none of our rooms were available and they needed to put us in standard rooms. We were told this was because they are an extended stay hotel and other guests decided to stay extra nights in the suites, so there were no king suites left for us. (I am pretty sure this is not how hotel booking works.) We ended up with standard rooms on the ground floor in some sort of service hallway. It was incredibly noisy with ice machines, slamming of service doors all night, and then loud breakfast set up very early in the morning. There was also a lot of confusion with room charges when we tried to check out too, as we did not want to pay for suites when we stayed in standard rooms. Prospective guests, consider yourself warned...the room you book may not be the one you get, even if you pay in advance for a nice suite!
