Cambria Hotel Akron - Canton Airport

Horrible room Conditions! Bodily fluids crusted on the furniture burned out light bulbs missing knobs the tv didn’t work water damage and Ripped up carpet

Cambria is in a great location. There are local shops and restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant on site was really good and has a great selection of options for breakfast and dinner. There is a nice sitting area to meet up with people. The staff was friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Overall the room served its purpose. Staff members were pleasant. Nice sized rooms. However our room had a stench in it that never went away. The pull out bed was about 2 inches thick. My kids (6 and 9) never really complained but any bigger than they are, it would be a rough sleep. Pool area we found a lot of trash, clothing tags and dirt around the pool. Pool and hot tub are super small so if you are coming with a group of kids, you run out of room quickly. We had a suite with a bedroom and it was hard to control the temperature of the room. Always seemed like the bedroom was much warmer than the living area. The shower had no water pressure however we were the last room at the end of the hallway.

I mainly stay at that particular hotel because of the restaurant and lounge, but that night the kitchen was closed because they did not have enough people to work the kitchen. The lounge is open and Brittany was wonderful.!

We were displaced due to a power outage. This hotel was basic. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets were scratchy and thin. All towels were very stiff. It felt cheap for the price but functional.

You can tell someone had just stayed in that room or it was never clean from the last time someone was in there. The comforter on the bed was dirty. There was hair all over inside the shower. The TV did not work. And when I called front desk to ask how to get it to work she said it was new and didn't know how to fix it. And that was that. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely terrible. And the music that was playing outside was so loud it was right next to my window. Probably will not stay there again.

Windows rattled in our room practically the entire night we were there. It was a disappointment that the condition of this hotel inside was not as up to date as anticipated

Only one person at desk. She did the best she could. Then there was longer black hair in the shower. I complained. But all she could do was clean it up. We told her not to bother. We didn’t use the shower. And had to go get a remote. And it didn’t work properly. Never stay here.
