Overall is not a bad stay but my room was not clean or refreshing at all. we had stay there 2 night 3 day. I ask the cleaner on our floor she say i have to call downstairs i felt that was a bit much i pay for the full service experience when i come backin my room it should have fresh towel and the trash should have been dispose and it was not plus i had my kids there poor service

There was an unpleasant odor on the first floor of the property. It seemed that maybe it was coming from the gas fireplace, but I'm not sure. But at one point I placed a towel in front of my door to prevent that odor from drifting into the room.
The front desk staff was underwhelming. There were times I had to wait a long time at the desk for staff to come from the back. One time, there was no one around and even when I called the front desk, there was no answer.

The front desk staff was very nice, with the exception of one gentleman, I can’t think of the 2 young ladies names at the front desk, they were awesome. Housekeeping was extremely snappy as I tried to ask for a towel when she was in the next room cleaning.
I will definitely return.

We chose this hotel because it had a hot tub,but that did not work. It doesn’t say that on your website our sink was leaking,we fixed that,we had no shampoo. I had went to the front desk and told him all this and asked if we could get an upgrade or something else because we are paying for amenities that we can’t use. Not a good overall experience. I will but a review on yelp and all

We were looking for a relaxing overnight stay as we traveled through Maryland. We arrived at about 7 pm. Our room was directly above the banquet room in which a very loud and boisterous event was being held. Finally at 10 pm, the noise stopped. 8 a m the next morning the event as well as the noise continued. The inconvenience could have very easily been avoided by booking the rooms that would be bothered by noise to those who were attending the event. When I brought the problem to the attention of the management, I was told they have no idea who was going to be attending the event. Anyone who knows anything about the hospitality industry, knows that when an event is booked, a block of rooms are also made available.
The hotel room was great as far as furniture and cleanliness, customer service is awful. Will not be staying again at this location!
