The key cards to the outside doors and rooms did not work.
Smelled like **** throughout the entire building and elevators
Other guest blasting music randomly loud enough to hear the opposite end of the hall way

Property is being remodeled on first four floors. It will probably be really nice when done. I would not have stayed here if I knew this up front but my room on 5 th floor was ok.

Someone was assigned the same room as me. And about 2 AM in the morning, someone was entering my room. Definitely a scare, never happened to me before and I travel very often.

They are remodeling only one elevator working in the back told to park in the back where there were only three spaces which were already taken
Parking lot was totally trashed with broken pieces of old furniture making it unsafe to walk

The room was super clean. Hardly anyone around so quiet. They are doing construction or up grading areas. In the long run this will be great but looks tacky. Would have given 5 for everything if someone said we are undergoing some renovations and are giving our customers a small discount. They have a smoking area out front so that is the first thing you see and smell, cigarette butts all over. Feels like a safe area. Can't comment on the breakfast, it ends early and if their is a pool or gym I never saw it.

Checked in and wasn’t asked anything about my dogs. La Quintas are pet friendly and I’ve never heard of any fees that’s why I booked with them. Gave my credit card as my form of payment. Got a call about my dogs barking while I was in the middle of a concert, the reason I was in town. Left the concert early and went to the front desk where the young lady was frantic and I asked her if we needed to leave. She said no, just fill out some information about my dogs. So I did and went to my room and heard nothing else. Now I’m home and looked at my bank account and I was charged on my debit card that I did not present and an extra $75 for a pet fee. A pet fee I did not know about and was not presented at any time. The location is under construction and very noisy with what I’m assuming everyone being put on the same floor. I specifically wanted a suite so my dogs would be near the door and listening to all the noise. I feel scammed with the pet fees and mismanagement of my credit cards. No one had permission to run my debit card or charge me an extra amount. Won’t stay there again.

There nothing unique about the property renovations was going on doing my visit. Limited handicap parking, no mobility accessible rooms available during my visit. The breakfast coffee cold, no milk for cereal.

We were not able to stay there because the room was not designed for a handicapped person. We were forced to pay for the first night even though we weren’t able to stay there. I would never recommend your property.

The property was being remodeled but the room we were in was dirty, dated, and dilapidated. The pull out sofa was a joke and miserable. The carpet was stained. The bathroom door doesn’t lock. The sheets seemed clean. Weekend break at started at 7 am, by 7:30 most of the main food was gone. Nothing was being replaced. I would wait for the remodel to be finished if you even want to risk it then.
