The overall environment is satisfactory. The hotel design is excellent. The environment is clean, elegant and quiet. The security is high. The service is very good. The old staff have been guiding the new staff and are very polite. The parking lot is free.

This may be the nicest hotel in North Carolina. Incredible rooms, the Bistro's food was 5 Star... staff anticipatory and friendly and efficient. One of nicest hotels I have ever stayed in.

We loved our stay here. We were visiting family for a couple days and it was the closest option. The facilities are beautiful. We noticed that some of the design features really make your stay relaxing and comfortable. The colors and the lighting and furniture are designed well and we would definitely stay there again.

Better than OHenry IMO Stayed at OHenry before and while that was nice, this is better. Simply a wonderful hotel with an excellent bar and restaurant. THE place to stay in Greensboro
