On the main highway a few miles from the Arkansas -Mississippi River bridge. It is a clean hotel with excellent parking near a grocery store and a gasoline station. The staff is reliable and polite. The ice machine in the hallway did not keep much ice. You had to take your container to another floor. The facility is pet-friendly. However, the streets near the hotel do not have sidewalks. Yet, the parking lot is large enough for a large dog to walk.

I understand if there is an issue with the water, but everything was stained brown. The bathtub ran and wouldn't turn off, tub fixtures were rusted. The wife had a large booger stuck to the bed sheet when she turned back which makes me question if they were even changed. Saturday morning went to get coffee and do some work and there were so many locals/friends/family there eating free breakfast that there was nowhere to even sit.

The employees were very nice but the hotel is way past due for renovations. The paint was peeling above the shower and the entire stall was gross. The mattress cover and fitted sheet were so worn out they would not say on the bed. No one should have to see the actual mattress in a hotel. The trash cans were too small. The water in the toilet was brown and every time we flushed, something brown would come out from under the toilet rim. We paid over $200 per night for this room and it was definitely not worth it. This hotel is a blemish to the Hilton brand.

The hotel was overbooked according to the Front Desk Clerk. Therefore, Management arbitrarily decided to change the Hotel policy rules. The written rules for public view did not matter, therefore was of zero consequence. I had to wait 7 hours to check in because my rooms were not ready. Contrary to their stated policy, they charged my credit card @ 9:00AM AND CHECK IN WASN'T UNTIL 3:00pm and the rooms still were not ready.

After checking in at like midnight and being charged $179, we awoke the next morning to no water pressure. I reported it to the front desk, the stated they would call maintenance. He came up to the room and turned on the shower and said yup you don’t have any pressure. He then went to the door and proceeded to leave, he stated I’ll fix it after you leave. We were shocked. We had been traveling for over seven hours straight the night before had not had a shower and we were very upset with the service. We packed are bags and went to the front desk. I told the clerk at desk what happened and she acted like she didn’t care. Didn’t offer us a different a new room, a discount on the room we paid for NOTHING! Horrible customer service. I’m a Hilton Rewards customer and I am shocked by this type of service .

Overall a good stay. We had to ask for more face cloths, towels, and extra blanket. We had only one face cloth and towel in the room, and no extra blankets. They brought what we needed very quickly. The trash can in the bathroom had not been emptied when we arrived. It wasn't a problem. The room was comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast was good.

Very friendly desk staff--that's the best thing. Room was OK--not the best but not the worst Hampton we've stayed at. Absolute worst was the water WAS BROWNISH. After settling in our room and turning on the faucet, we thought something was wrong. We went to the check-in desk and they gave us four bottles of water. A random person in the lobby overheard our comment that the water was discolored and said, "Welcome to Greenvile." We will not stay there again.

Aging, unkept property. Not sure how it keeps its Hilton affiliation. Had to change rooms after check in due to A/C not functioning. Poorly cleaned (age/use). Dated. Just not really what Hampton Inn should be.

It was clean and a good place for just a quick overnight while driving to our destination. Had a mini fridge, which is always a positive for me. Breakfast was ok, but not wonderful. It was about average for a breakfast included hotel. Would stay there again if traveling through.
