Again desk people do not know the hotel they work in. You ask a quite place and they just provide you a room on the street. So lot of noise and air conditionning system is a disaster

We got there almost late for the two o clock show across the street, lady got us checked in quickly and we were on our way! Really appreciate the service and she had the college football game on in the bar when the show was over just for us! Lively people and a decent breakfast too! Added bonus was done of the dancer’s and their families we’re staying there as well so we got to meet some great people. A very cool vibe all the way around, would definitely stay here again.

Blood stain on bedspread. No housekeeping to change beds. We had to remove blood stain spread ourselves. Only gave a top sheet and blanket to make our own bed.Daughter was locked in restroom. She did not lock it herself. We had to call front desk to get her out. No maintenance was available to fix door from locking again.

The location was perfect. We had a small situation with the room key entry but the management handled it wonderfully. We were locked out for 45 minutes but the hotel management and employees did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable while waiting for it to be opened up for us. Most definitely will return. Also must try Crust and craft for lunch or dinner. Best pizza I've had in a while. And amazing service

Great location in the middle of downtown. Check in was efficient and friendly. Room was clean, updated, large, quiet and comfy bed. Bathroom was clean and bright and loved the water pressure in shower. The noon check out was a bonus. Finally hotels are catching on to a nice leisurely weekend stay. Great hotel.

Great place, great experience. All it is missing an upgrade on the tv systems. Other than that, exactly what I needed. Staff is friendly too.
